To clarify, the size 6 fits perfectly, but I normally wear a size7. i tried one on in a store, so that was how I was able to order a size smaller and have it fit.

Returned sorja for sorja II as a previous reviewer remarked that the toe loop on the sorja II was more comfortable. I definitely agree. I ordered a half size up as well. They are very nice sandals.

I love these sandals!

I have worn Born shoes for many years and have never been disappointed. This sandal is no exception. Leather is very nice; extremely comfortable with nicely padded footbed. Fit was as expected. They were, however, a little too bulky for my tastes, but that is only a personal preference. I sent them back only for that reason; otherwise a great quality shoe.

I love Born shoes and was hoping these would replace some similar Born slides that I have. But the strap cut right into a small bunion I have so I had to send them back. Thank you zappos for letting me try them on

the fit is not yet perfect, I need to break them in, but at this point do not feel that they will become a perfect fit.

I have an old pair of the Born sandals in a similar style that I've worn out after many years of wear. These Sorja's fit me well, and look nice, but I'm not sure about the cloth insole. My old ones with full leather sole felt great and I could walk miles in them. I've only worn the new Sorja's around the house so far, and may send them back because I can feel the seam where the cloth insole meets the leather, and fear they may irritate my feet.

It’s a cushy shoe for sure, but I definitely need more of a structure to the bottom. If i cld have laid this born sandle into a birkenstock = heaven. Alas, back to Zappos.

These sandals are very well made except for one thing: The stitching around the edge of the foot bed was extremely bothersome, and because of that I sent these back. They are high quality and very attractive, with lots of cushion in the sole, which is important to me. I generally wear a 6.5 in most shoes; I ordered a 7 and they fit just fine. If you are not bothered by things like bumps in your socks or random stitching on the foot bed of your shoes, then go for it because otherwise they are very nice. For me, though, this just did not work, and I was very disappointed in this construction choice.

Liked the color and will be keeping. Does not come in half sizes, but 7 would have been too short. Born does not make half sizes. Am pleased with Zappos’s service and will continue to buy.

The best part about this shoe is the soft, cushion-like bottom, but there are a few major flaws to the design. The shoe is too narrow in the toe area, and my pinky toe was not comfortable -almost not fitting in the shoe. The worst feature is the stitching all around the bottom that connects the cute blue leather to the rest of the sole, which created an uncomfortable seam right where the bottom of my toes rested. I liked the style a lot, but sadly they didn't work for me and I returned them.

I really liked the look of these sandals. When I first tried them on they felt comfortable on my feet. I really liked the feel of the footbed and how securely they stayed on my feet when I walked. Unfortunately, after wearing for a few minutes I realized the piece between my toes felt thick and I feared it would rub. So, they were returned.

These are cute, cute. The leather is soft. However, with the cloth material my foot tends to slide and won't stay in place. The leather between the toe was a little stiff for me. I am used to the material between the toe, so I am afraid I will get blisters. Sadly these must go back.

I am a Born footwear fan! The footbed is comfortable to me. The leather rubs the top of my feet & makes them hurt. It may be too late to return them because I wore them around town. I’m disappointed this time...

I really like the look of these sandals, but the leather rubbed the top of my foot and around the big toe, so I have to return them.

Love these sandals, however, I don’t care for the foam inset. The appearance doesn’t bother me, but the foam inset retains foot odor, a condition that I am not at all prone to. I doubt that a leather insole would have the odor problem.

I wear size 8 in all sandals. These fit perfectly. The red is very cute and look good on my feet. However, the thong between my toes was stiff and I knew it would rub and take a while to soften enough up so that it didn't. I'm more used to wearing thongs that go around my toe so those those are used to the thongs would probably be fine with these.

These are great and comfortable sandals. They are just a little too narrow around the foot. Now that they are stretching a bit, they are super comfortable!

I loved this sandal. the fit was perfect but, when I took a couple of steps my little toe would slide over the edge. Thinking perhaps my feet were out of whack, I tried them several different times and the same thing happened. I wish they had the same shoe with a different edge. It breaks my heart but, Have to send them back.

I have several Born pairs of shoes so ordered my usual size at first, which I had to return. My foot actually hung off the edge - didn't just feel small - the shoes were too small. Ordered a size up and they fit great. The sole is cushioned and the sandals are comfortable, but I wouldn't say they have arch support. I like this versatile style. Nice enough to wear to work, but casual enough to slip on to just take the dog for a walk. The jury is still out on the fabric sole - we'll see how it stands up to what I imagine will be almost daily use.

Liked the look of these. So disappointed with the mesh footbed. Quite strange to walk on. Also didn't feel like it kept my foot in place. Please bring back leather lined footbeds!
