These are my daily office shoes and offer plenty of comfort and style for moving about the workplace. The sides of the ankle are the only source of discomfort, as they are slightly stiff.

Great shoe! Looks good too. Only one dislike, the foot opening is a bit small for putting the shoe on. I believe this will cause a faster breakdown of materials at the rear of the opening. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. Btw, the delivery was faster than what I can mail a local letter in the mail!

I bought a similar pair several months ago (SN65474 taupe with gray - classic fit). They fit great (size and especially the width). I ordered the same size (SN6574 color code LTBR -classic fit) and have purchased and ordered two other pairs (same SN with different color codes) and all three new pairs are narrower than the original (SN65474 taupe with gray - classic fit). I spoke with a salesman and he said all wides will have a "W." So, Why are they different widths? None of them have a "W" in the serial number, and the first pair is definitely wider than the recently purchased pairs
