It was a big surprise for me when I received my shipment. I never could believe this. I don’t think there is any company out there can beat Zappos in customer service, style and dynamics.
I did not know if it was tie on or slip on.
Put them on , slipped right on. I ordered a grey and black color. A month and a week later tried to order the taupe color , it was out of stock. They are sending me an email to tell me when it is back on. It will be unjust if a customer demands too much or upset. Because Zappos did their best and I hope they strive to remain the best. You made me very happy staffs. I kept admiring my feet each time I wear this. I don’t want to be too narcissistic. Those shoes are great. Moreover great for airport going through TSA. Slip on , slip off. INGENIOUS.

I wear a leather and steel brace on my left ankle as a result of a shattered ankle 5 years ago so I have a hard time finding a width and size that will be for both feet. I always have to have a bigger size because the brace is wide. I like these for the comfort even though my right foot is in a shoe a size + than my left foot. I would buy these again.

My 14 year old son has developmental disabilities and cannot tie laces. He can put these on by himself easily with confidence. This is his second pair of these shoes, he really likes them. It’s the only ones he wears right now.
