Love the look, but these run smaller than true to size. I wear a size 8 - 8.5 in all my shoes. I always buy a size 9 in my running shoes so I did that with these. There is no way I could run in these 9's. The toe box area runs a bit narrower and my toes are close to the end. There's also not as much cushion in the heel as I'm used to in my other brands. After about 10 years in Saucony and Brooks I returned to ASICS because of their reviews online in running blogs and in magazines. They may be great for others, but they don't seem to be very comfortable on my foot.

Great for walking but not great for standing as a cashier I need a shoe great for both! Will try a different style next time! Shoes are super cute in person and fit true to size love them just wish they would be better for standing for the price of them.

Love the look but the fit is tight. I work in the medical field, 12+ hours on my feet daily. I need comfort as well as durability.

I have been a long time user of the gt 1000 line. I have flat feet and I'm prone to plantar fasciitis. This line offers quality affordable stability shoe. However, I am very disappointed with the updates made to v7. I absolutely love the way they look! However, as soon as I try them on and started walking I could feel there is little to no arch support. I didn't even bother taking them out for a test run. I'm returning the shoes, which again is disappointing since they love the way they look and was very much looking forward to owning them. Gt 1000 5 had an amazing feel! It's a real shame that you had to make so many changes. If anyone is interested, Asics started making a GT Express line. I bought one pair of these as well as a pair of GT 2000 6. I have found that the express offers great support compared to the rest of the GT line. Unfortunately, aesthetically they are not so hot. I plan on checking out other stability shoes.

I really love the design shoes, colors, FlyteFoam, and overpronation. The one minor is not great is the flat feet because I got pain from that even though it was just a walking. I hope Asics can design this shoes to add the soft instead the flat feet. I will still recommend this product to a friend, but to make sure to let my friend know that their feet don't sensitive pain by flat feet. I love Asics because they provide many options.
