These are very comfortable for my wide foot. It’s hard for me to find a shoe that’s comfortable out of the box. I’m happy to say that these are a keeper!

Looking for terrific support and it was not a keeper.

Fit ran small, comfort great, I do not know if they have enough support to be a running shoe.

I've been running in the Brooks Ghost for many years, and one version has always felt pretty much like another. The 11 feels different though, lighter and softer in the forefoot. I read somewhere that they fit small, but I got the same size I always get (9, half a size up from my street shoe size) and they fit just fine. I still can't decide whether they're an improvement on the 10. They feel a bit less supportive, and there seems to be a big difference in midsole firmness between the heel and forefoot, which could explain why I can hear a slight slapping sound when I run. They are definitely less clunky than the 10's though. I do feel pressure on the top of my foot from the laces after I've run several miles. I didn't have this problem with the 10's. I've only had these shoes for 3 weeks, and something tells me they'll wear out faster than the 10's. That remains to be seen though.

Brooks sneakers are very comfortable and are great for someone with a narrow heel.

One of the more comfortable sneaks I've worn in a while. I thought they would be a little tight around the toes after wearing Altras but these were just right. Great fit. Would definitely recommend.

Lightweight and comfortable overall. I like the look of the shoe on my foot. I would not recommend for running or walking long distances if cushion is what you are looking for or need. This shoe has 25% less cushioning (confirmed by a Brooks rep) than the Glycerin I normally purchase. But I was looking for neutral, all black style for work, and one where my custom inserts would fit. Even with the cushion of my inserts I still found them to be lacking in this area.

The shoes feel fine. BUT....why do they not make the wide sizes in the better colors? I am NOT a pink person, and it seems as though Brooks thinks that any woman who needs a wide size loves pink or some ugly or outlandishly wild color combo.

this was too short for me, I normally wear a 6.5, but my toes were at the end of the shoe...must return.

Very comfortable shoe! No knee pain and goodt support. The arch support is ok. It could have more but it does have the most support from all the other shoes I ordered.

This is my 2nd pair of these. Very comfortable and good cushion. Nothing has come up to the Glycerin 14 style, but these are more than adequate.

I love the Ghost 10, the Ghost 11 is very different. It runs smaller and is stiffer through the ball of the foot. I returned them and ordered Ghost 10s from Amazon. I don’t know why the same model would change so much from year to year.

Crazy comfortable right out of the box! I really noticed the cushioning under the balls of my feet, which is a welcome change from the Asics I've been wearing that are causing my feet to roll. I ordered the white pair and they are pretty clunky looking in person, although the neon laces are a fun detail. I'm returning them for a half size larger (one full size larger than my regular shoes) and I'm going to try a different color option.

These are wide enough and have enough toe box to accommodate my orthotics. I wear a size 7 or 71/2 in street shoes, but have always worn size 8 in Brooks. My last pair was Ghost 9 and I wore them out. These are even more comfortable and will serve me well. I don't do much running any more. I will use these to walk hard packed trails for hikes of about two miles with my dog. Just like Ghost 9, these shoes get wet real fast and I have to take my orthotics out to dry them. That's way I gave them only 4 stars. I ordered the Gtx version of these shoes, but they didn't fit at all. I'm still looking for waterproof shoes.

Great shoe, though the toe box was just slightly wide and allowed too much side-to-side movement. Decided on the Brooks Glycerin 16 due to a more comfortable fit for my foot.

These shoes definitely seem to run small with a narrow toe box as other reviewers mention. I went a half size up from my old Ghost’s but it seems with the model I need to actually to up a full size. Otherwise they seem like they will be very comfortable for long runs once I get the right size. The heel feels like it has extra cushion which is just what I’m looking for since I’m experiencing lots of heel pain in my current shoes.

Fits well, very comfortable and good arch support. It looks a little clunky, but that's hard to avoid.

I have worn the various Brooks Ghost models for years, in 9 or 9 Wide. For the previous 2 Ghost versions, the 9 and 10, I was able to purchase in normal width. There was ample room in the toe box. So I presumed same would be true for Ghost 11 and the only question would be which cute colorway to pick. Unfortunately, they've tightened up the toe box again. Measured against my old shoes just to be sure I wasn't imagining and the Ghost 11 is almost a 1/4" smaller across the widest part in front. Having to return for the wide, which is of course, only available in the ugliest colorways, all of which are dark colors which will absorb lots of sun and make your feet hot. Brooks please give us wide footed people a light option!!

Love the wide toe box and the look of this shoe. Have worn Asics Cumulus-18s for the last couple of years, but when the pairs of those I stocked up on run out, I’ll be needing a replacement shoe that is kind to the nerve damage in my left foot. The one negative that may have me sending these shoes back is the stiff middle area of the sole. I remove the insert and wear a custom orthotic but the shoe construction still makes a difference. Waiting for a pair of Brooks Glycerins which may solve the problem with the Ghost 11s. Great shoe otherwise!

This was a shoe that I had considered and after trying on others and went back to. This shoe was recommended by my foot doctor for its wide toe box and cushioning. (I have bunions and bone spurs and that gives me difficulty with fit) It isn't overly heavy or crowded and so far I have been pleased. I heard so many good things about the Ghost 10 but being unable to find a pair in my size I can't compare to this newer model.

I always wore Ghost in the past but I ordered both a Glycerine 16 and the Ghost 11. They were both comfortable but the Clyercine 16 just hugged my foot and was so much more comfortable, i returned the Ghost 11.

A great shoe for someone that doesn't need a bigger toebox. I wanted them to fit but they didn't/

I went to a speciality running store and was recommended these shoes, which I purchased at the store. I liked them so much I decided to order another color of the Ghost 11 on Zappos. However, I swear these cannot be the same style. They fit completely different. I much prefer the "style" (color) I purchased at the store so I'm returning the ones from Zappos.
