I’ve always worn Ghosts, but these felt so small on my feet. I’m still debating whether to send them back for a bigger size or to keep them. I got the bright pink ones and I LOVE how they look! I think they would feel more comfortable to me if they weren’t so tight.

I will admit these took some getting use to. The first day I took them out for a job one of my ankles started hurting in a way I've never experienced jogging before. However, as I got used to them that went away and I have enjoyed them. The heal seems on the high side for running shoes so I am wondering if that is what caused the initial issue. They are comfortable fairly light weight and give a nice cushion though.

True to size 8.5 and fit just right if I wear regular socks. Would've had to go up 1/2 size if wanted to wear thick socks or if I wanted to use for running, which I have actually had to give up. I bought these for comfort and for some walking. I would not call them clouds or pillows soft, but they are comfortable enough for my achilles tendonitis and my neuropathic soles. Most shoes cause instant pain for me, but these I wore comfortably right out of the box, went for a 3 mile walk, then continued wearing for at least half a day. Thought I would pay dearly and regret it, but my feet were just fine. I got the blue-gray camo pattern and they look great with workout wear or with jeans.

I bought the narrow size. great for me.

I have worn Ghost for quite a while. I have two pairs of 11 in different colors. I have the all grey and the navy ones. The navy feels just a tad tighter than the grey ones but not so much that I would return them. Overall, I am satisfied and do not feel they have changed that much from previous ones.

Has a lot for arch support for what I like.

I wear a size 9. I found the length and width to be correct for me. However my heel kept slipping . I wear a custom orthotic and found that there was not enough depth in the heel to accommodate it. Also, the laces were not long enough. I was not purchasing these to run with, but to find a comfortable shoe to walk in as I have plantar fasciitis. A beautiful looking shoe but did not meet my needs. I have since found Birkenstock orthotics that seem to have resolved my heel pain. Unfortunately the heel depth in this sneaker does not accommodate them either.

I had the Brooks Ghost 10s and loved them so I was hoping to love the Ghost 11s as well. I use them to walk my dogs, and to do some slow (really slow) jogging for about 2-3 miles maybe 3 times a week. I just turned 50 and definitely like a good cushion to my shoe. I didn't feel as if the arch support was as comfortable in these as in the Ghost 10s. Additionally, they hit just a little lower on my ankle, and I found that slightly less comfortable. I didn't think the toe box was as wide, and I ended up needing to opt for a Wide in these as a result (I had a Medium in the Ghost 10). With the wide width, I found that I was unconsciously gripping the shoe with my toes to keep my foot secure...this was only a problem with one of my feet, and I know that's my issue with my feet being different, but with the Brooks 10, since the medium width worked, I didn't have that problem at all. I also preferred the styling on my Ghost 10s, though these were fine. I tried on several shoes - Saucony, Mizuno, the Brooks Glycerin, etc., and I did think these were pretty good in comparison to those for me right out of the box. But overall they didn't end up working out for me. Wish I could get a new pair of Ghost 10s.

Ordered two other pair of shoes, and decided to keep this pair for walking. Hard to find women's size 12 narrow, but luckily, Zappos gave me a lot of choices. Comfy and have had good luck with the fit that Brooks shoes provides.

These are a little heavier than I was expecting, but they did great for my first run. The weight I can get use to, but it will take a few runs.

I love Brooks! I wear this to work with my uniform. Not my favorite style/color, but they are very comfortable, and neutral enough that they don't draw attention like some of the flashier running shoe styles.

I wanted to love the Ghost 11, but they made my lower legs kill, from arch through knee. I thought maybe my muscles were just stiff and out of shape, but it was definitely the shoes. The arches seem higher than my old Ghost 9s and Launch 4 and 5. I think the shoes were basically good, they just didn't fit me right. Too bad because I loved the look of them.

The only reason for return is no arch support and inner sole to soft. Size, fit and material great. This is the first sneaker I actually would have enjoyed wearing.

I have bunions and these shoes, even in EE, were just not wide enough for my feet. Going up a size made the too long in length.

Comfortable, light-weight shoe with great traction. I needed a shoe that would work well in a few situations: gym, outdoor trails/hikes, grocery store. My only complaint is that the heel of the shoe is too wide-- my heels feel like they're about to slip out! Sizing down didn't help the issue. I love the shoe so much that I'm hoping bulkier socks will do the trick.

I 'm a walker, have wide challenged feet and wear orthotics in my sneakers. I had to order several pairs because the width was different on every pair. Finally, I found a pair that fit and the laces were too short so I can't use the last eyelet. The fit is okay, my left heel slips out so I ordered a few more pairs. Thanks Zappos for the new 30 day return !!! That really helps in my search for the right fit !!! Hey Brooks ... would be nice if you offered the wide in some subtle colors also. And check your quality control, short laces on wide shoes, really ??? And Zappos .... keep doing what you are doing .. great customer service and return policy. My feet have been a VIP member for 10 years !!

The shoe was very comfortable but my heel was too narrow for it.

I ordered an 11 narrow, but they were too wide. Really liked the look of these, so I'm disappointed that they didn't work out.

Overall, these shoes are great! I had to return them because while they are listed as "Neutral," I firmly believe these should be for "Moderate Supination." I typically need a shoe that's neutral or even mild supination. This shoe forced my foot to roll from the outside heal, to my big toe. It was too much correction for me.

Great shoes with terrific cushioning. I felt like these have a slightly narrower heel, but they are so comfortable. Nice and supportive and super bouncy. Love them!

I feel like Brooks is making a good shoe. I jog daily and work out regularly and they hold up to the work. I do not however like the laces. I hope they go back to the thicker/round ones. These new ones twist so easily... it takes extra time to keep them flat.

The fit was just not quite there for me. A little too long and a little too tight in bunion area. I ordered my usual Brooks size 8 Wide. I ended up with the Glycerin 16 in 8 Wide. Best fit of any style Brooks I've ever tried!

So much to like about these shoes, but they lost out to the wonderful cushioning of the Brooks Glycerin 17s. I’m not a runner, and have pain in both feet, so my need for the cushioning was paramount.

I have worn the Ghost 10 for several years and am pleased so far with this new Ghost 11. I always size up half a size in my athletic shoes and this one, in an 8 1/2 ( I wear 8 in regular shoes), fits fine. I think the cushioning is superior to the 10, and otherwise the same great comfort. I run/walk 25-30 miles a week and expect these to last as well as the old model did. I use a custom insert, so I can’t comment on the footbed. Most over the counter shoes really don’t come with an adequate insole for true arch support and stability. I certainly will remain a Brooks customer! Very pleased with this shoe.

It’s a good looking shoe and comfortable. For me it’s slightly narrow in the toe area.
