Brooks Bedlam felt true to size/width, arch support was important, but I knew I would replace insole with a Powerstep insole. Wore these for 3 straight theme Disney park visits, walking many miles. Very comfortable, very pleased with fit.

COMFORTABLE BUT I LIKE A LITTLE MORE FIRMNESS TO MY SHOES. IT SEEMS A LITTLE SOFT ON SOLES OF FEET. I WOULD NEED MORE CUSHION IF I RAN ON ROAD.

Bought these for my husband who is size 15 in most shoes. He has decently wide feet so these felt a little snug for him in the width but length was perfect. The grey color is almost blue upon first glance. He says they are comfortable to wear, he’s only worn them twice so far so I will update this review later if his opinion changes over time.

Show had has extra room in the toe box , but really felt good while running, great support especially in the heal area , no slippage, and true to width

The fit was okay, but I don’t feel like they are as supportive as the Adrenaline GTS. Maybe I purchased them too big and that’s why the fit could have been off.

These were stylish, comfortable, and had moderate but not great arch support (I like a lot of arch support and these were ok). I have a shallow, narrow foot, just a hint of pronation, but like a wide toe box, and these were good. There was a manufacturing defect in one of the two pairs I ordered -- tongue on one foot felt uncomfortable and jammed into my foot sharply. The other pair was just fine. I'm a big Brooks fan but had to return the pair in my size due to the manufacturing defect. Zappos was of course great about it as they always are best company ever etc.

The size of the shoe was good, but the width felt just a bit narrower than expected (D width). I would suggest increasing the width size if considering these shoes to allow for more room. When I first began wearing them, I felt pressure on the metatarsal area near my big toe, but after a bit, they began to stretch and the pressure relieved. The shoe doesn't provide as much arch support as I would have liked to address my overpronation. I liked the color and styling of shoe and I appreciate the non-padded, elastic around the ankle lining better than a padded ankle lining. The quarter of the shoe also features a solid piece into the tongue so only one side of the tongue is open, which I appreciate because it didn't allow the tongue to move much or slide while wearing. Overall, I liked the shoe and would recommend them provided the suggestions above.

okay, Roadrunner sports has this sized that you need to go up 1/2 size!! I almost bought from them but the 1 day shipping from Zappos made difference. I think they run a little big in the forefoot. I actually wished I went 1/2 size smaller but I like mine tighter than most. Buy your regular sneaker size and you'll be fine. Good looking shoe but stack height is different than I'm used to. Stack height is important if you don't know about it learn it!!!!

I received the shoes, tried them on and went for a run. The shoes were true to my fit for a 10.5 and felt comfortable. i liked the built in tongue of the shoe. The color, style and look of the shoe is great. I hope there are more colors to choose from. the shoe would of been better with more arch support and padding at the ball of my feet. After running and wearing them a while, I felt the most pressure in those areas.

This shoe looks fantastic, but the break in period has been long and the heel is digging into my ankle. Hopefully that gets softer and stops happening soon.

Cushioned on runs, but the tongue design is very awkward and they never really feel like they are fitted correctly as a result. I would not buy them again in the current design.

First time with a pair of Brooks. They looked good and for the most part fit well. It was a little weird that the tongues were attached on the inside portion of the shoe. It wasn't the typical "free floating" tongue. My major issue with the shoe is with the collar. It kind of cinches in like the cuff of a sweatshirt (if that makes any sense), and is causing blisters on my achilles. I am sending them back.

Great fit and very comfortable shoe. I love the feel of them running or just wearing around. The problem is the rubber bottom on the sole has worn down after running less than 50 miles and barely wearing them outside casually. I have had these for less than 3 mths which is frustrating due to cost.. Nice shoe but durability is below avg...

These were ok but the right shoe was rubbing on my heel causing a blister . I really wanted to like these , I had to send them back. My other minor complaint is the amount of time it took to get my order. You advertise free next day, I placed my order Thursday morning and didn’t receive it until Sunday.

The Brooks Bedlam are an okay pair of shoes. I am currently running Cross Country and wore these shoes on the day of a workout They felt heavy and slow. Also the shoes don't have much traction, the shoes look kinda funny and overall are not my favorite. I am currently running in Brooks Ravenna 9's and love them.

I don't want to take anything away from the great shoes Brooks make but this was my latest purchase and I was really, really hoping this would be the one that worked. They look great but walking in them was pretty uncomfortable but it might be the way I walk and not the shoe. Not every shoe can be for everyone. I thought this shoe would be perfect because I love the Adrenaline GTS 20 and I really liked the Levitate so I thought the combined shoe would be great but it was a painful exercise. My track record so far has been 2 pairs of Adrenaline GTS 20 worn through, a pair of Levitate's that causes problems between by toes, a pair of beast 20's, a pair of ghost 12 that hurt and the bedlam which is the most uncomfortable of them all. Like I said, I don't want this to take anything away from the Brooks shoes because I do think they are the best shoes out there for the majority of people but maybe just not for me.

Not happy with the shoe and I am returning it today. shoe does not tie tight because the weird lacing pattern. Therefore, the front of my foot slides around. Also, the back of the shoe has a material that is made of "grippy" fabric and ripped the skin off my Achilles and tops of my ankles wear socks don't cover.

Look great but way too bouncy for me. If I was going to wear them to walk around in as street shoes I would've been very pleased. However they are way too responsive for me.

Good shoes but I have two pairs and both soles on left shoes cracked within 4 months. Krazy Glue holding them together, but that should not happen.
