Unisex sizing is not working. Men's medium is generally too wide for a womans foot.

My son loves these shoes. I have to tell him to take them off and save them only for running track. He would wear them every day if I let him. He hasn't complained of shin splits since he started wearing them.

I love these shoes. The tongue only opens on one side and never slips off like some shoes. They have great cushioning and are comfortable.

I referee youth and adult competitive soccer. I was looking for something off the field that would provide me with comfort and stability. Look no further. I love the style of this shoe. It is a little heavy, but I like sturdy shoes. They feel comfortable on runs, and running around after my little ones. I recommend this shoe for somebody that is looking for stability and comfort.

I was in search of a new running shoe since I am severely flat-footed and a severe over-pronator. Brooks is always my go to shoe when it comes to running. I used to wear Beast but I find that although it provides awesome stability especially in the midsole to keep my arch fatigue down, the size of the heal and the height of that shoe was too much. I almost roll my ankles daily with that shoe and was no longer my choice. I switched to Bedlam and this shoe is comfortable and stable enough to control my arch and overpronation. I do wear custom orthotics so my midsole stability is controlled alot by the orthotic. I never really was a distance runner but as I age the need to keep in great cardiovascular shape requires me to run at least 20-25 miles a week. This shoe held up well over the past 4 months. I recommend this shoe for the comfort, style, and the overall quality of Brooks Bedlam. This is the third pair of Bedlam that I have purchased.

I had almost given up on finding a gym/workout shoe for fitness class. I needed something for balance, over pronation and good structure to support various floor movements. I tried most of the popular cross train shoes but nothing compared to the comfort and support of this Brooks shoe. Brooks is one of the few remaining manufactures of sports shoes that still provide quality materials and engineering even for foot issues. For reference I wear an 11-11.5 wide and the men’s 10D was perfect. Most manufacturers don’t provide wide widths for women. The insole can be removed and orthotics fits perfectly.

These shoes feel and look great! My first pair of Brooks and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another pair. They are comfortable, supportive and stylish.

These are my go to running shoes. I really like the support and that my foot feels secure but the shoe does not feel tight. I can now get in 10+ miles a week again!

Excellent shoes! They feel very supportive and stable on your feet. While walking for long periods of time I did not feel any sort of soreness in my feet. I would highly recommend for anyone on their feet all day or for someone who does moderate running/training.

Moderate to no arch support so great for flat-footed folks looking for comfort (my sis is flat footed). The bones in my feet are sensitive to any correction or form in many shoes & will act up for days just because I try on new shoes. Not the case with these, there wasn’t a break-in period at all! Comfort from the word go & very solid/stable footing. Shoe tongue is unique design going to the side rather than straight up the joint where your leg & foot connect which is a smart out of the box thinking feature. Great walking shoe! Lots of compliments on the white/black “camo” print??

I love what Brooks is doing to add support to shoes. Holistic support!! Gone are the days of hard shoes. Hello guide rails!! I love this new support system because it doesn't hurt my feet. My arches love the guide rails as they correct my feet into a neutral position without being aggressive about it. And the heal pain is not longer a factor either! These shoes are comfortable!! I did switch out the women's version and enjoy them even more!!

Before all these are probably one of the best guidance shoes I've ever worn. They do offer an ample amount of cushion even though they are technically an energizing shoe. Brooks has developed what's called a guide rail system where it acts as guardrails in a bowling ball alley. As your foot shifts back and forth like a bowling ball would on a lane the guide rails help keep your feet aligned. This will also, overtime, help with knees, lower back and overall proper body alignment. I like that it's not technically a motion control shoe but it's also not a shoe with a little bit of guidance. This is definitely a shoe with a medium amount of support but you honestly don't feel it because of the technology provided by the shoes. I also think if you're not used to wearing shoes outside of a neutral shoe it will take your knees and body a little bit of time to adapt. I'm honestly really impressed by these shoes and hope that they release more vibrant colors or even better continue to make the Bedlam shoes and then have brighter colors that men and women can enjoy ie the blue green yellow combination or vibrant yellows.

Really great looking shoes for my teenager but he normally wears a 12 and this 12 was too big. Please disregard the stars, we don't know anything about comfort or durability on this product.

Love the look and feel of this new style! I’m run in Brooks for years and it’s great to see new styles being released! The comfort and support on right on par with previous models I’ve owned, but I really like the fresh look. The ability to crank the laces down tight is a great option for a runner like myself, who prefers a snug fit and not allow any room for blistering. The shock absorption is what I’ve come to expect from Brooks, a smooth cushioned ride that performs time and time again. No slippage on the heel whatsoever. My only call-out would be, that I wish there was a navy option available.

Not sure if the shoe runs small, or i just ordered the wrong size. I irdered a 10 Med. which is my normal size, I found the to box narrow and a hot spot developing on my right toe during a short walk. YEARS ago i was an avid runner and Brooks was myshoe of choice. From the Johnny Walker RT and the brroks hugger GT ( talking early 80's) I alwys wore Brooks After decades of not running i decided to get back into shape by walking and now starting to add runs into the walks with the hope to be running again. I returned the Bedlam Shoes due to the size issue and ordered the Adrenelin GTS shoes. Can't wait to get them and begin my journey

The Bedlams feel great and run well. I have run in Ravenas but they were too narrow in my midfoot so i gave up on them. This shoe has been great and will enjoy many miles of running.

The Brooks Bedlam is a nice mid-control level stability shoe. A few quirks to keep in mind are the side mounted tongue and the related asymmetric lacing system. I believe these baked in elements are part of the stability package, but take a little getting used to. This is especially true of the side mounted tongue, which you kind of tuck in to the outside, otherwise it can bunch up on you. It's all small stuff really, and the Bedlams have worked great where the rubber meets the road. I find them to be solid and not too heavy for my shorter runs of 5k or less. Nice job Brooks!

I've worn the Transcend 5 and 6 different models of the Ghost. The Bedlam is drastically different but in a good way. The pain in my feet is minimal. When I wear these. Good energy return for my running motion. Toe box is larger than expected. Only negative I have is that the tread on my heel striking area is n both feet has started to wear away and I'm only on the 80th mile and I planned to wear these for 400! Guide rails are great even for neutral runners like myself. Good buy!
