These are very comfy and warm, fit well, etc. however, I bought them to wear when I get out of snowboard boots because they seem water resistant, but there's an opening between heel and forefoot that goes all the way down the shoe. Snow will easily get into these shoes and they won't work for me. Would love them if they were sealed up to the ankle. Will be returning unfortunately.

I really like these shoes. They are what I thought they would be. Very relaxed and comfortable. Dad like shoes for around the house. The bottom of the shoes do not have the support for you to be hiking.

Great shoe for winter season, easy to slip on, warm and comfortable, with good traction. Hop out the ski boots and into these shoes!

These things are great for cozy days around the house or cabin. Definitely keep my feet warm. I took the dog for a walk in these the other day, and I don't think they are a great walking shoe, even with the nice rugged sole. I wouldn't hesitate to poke around in the yard or take a stroll out to the deck for some coffee in these, but that's as far as I'd take them.

I keep my house cool in the winter. I work seven days a week and want to come home and take off the steel toed shoes and relax and be comfortable. So far these fit that need. I havent had them long enough to give them a 5 star rating. They are warm in my 60 degree home and with the rubber sole I dont have to change shoes to let the dog out.

I used the ThermoBall booties on a recent backpacking trip. I was looking for something lightweight and warm. They served the purpose, but are slightly delicate for outdoor ruggedness. I wear a size 11.5 shoe, but with thick wool socks the size 12 was a good fit, they may be a bit loose without socks. I sat outside in low 30 degree temps with the booties and wool socks (feet didn't get too cold). I walked around camp on flat ground with no problems, but anything with a moderate slope and your feet slide off bootie sole. I would give 5 stars , but the two piece ankle design allows too much cold air to enter around bootie when outside.

These are perfect for certain winter activities - quick walk to the store or gym, jump in the car to run an errand. But they are not made for wearing over longer periods of time. They are basically outdoor slippers. I’d go a half size smaller if I had to do it again because there is no strap or laces to secure it, and a tighter fit might help.

I wear a size 11 in Johnston Murphy and Allen Edmonds dress shoes and a size 12 in Brooks running shoes. I ordered the size 11 ThermoBall Bootie and had to return due to my toes digging into front of shoe. The 12 fits better, especially, with winter socks. The shoe is very warm, but very little support. Easy flat walking and they are good, but anything with an uneven surface, be careful.

The only complaint I had about these was that when I received them, there was a small rip in the layer under the foam footbed, which caused there to be an uncomfortable bump, so I had to rip out a small piece of that layer to get the bump out. Aside from that, these are great booties, super light, comfortable, warm, and they can even hold up in small amount of snow or wetness. But mostly they are best for just lounging around indoors, for which they are perfect.

I got these as a gift for Christmas and so far I can not find much to complain about. I'm pretty analytical on my clothing. These are exactly what I expected. I live in a 120 year old building with single pane windows. It gets cold. My toes usually go numb, even when I'm the house. The insoles are much better than I expected. The top layer is just thin fabric, but the layer underneath is a soft foam followed by a hard foam under that. They are removable. One issue I have, which is mentioned already, is the seam inside where the upper is sewn to the sole. It's not really a big deal, but if you don't really cut your nails, you'll be uncomfortable. I look forward to many years with these bad boys.

I have found these really useful as "camping slippers." California central coast after kicking off the hiking boots or changing out of wetsuit and booties then moving around camp site. Keep feet toasty, slide on and off really easy- Big plus for getting in and out of tents, yet durable enough to handle rigors of camp site activity. Also keep sand dust debris out despite low-cut . Only negative I found is seam on the inside tends to catch your toenails once in a while-should be lower profile/taped down or placed higher on the boot. Socks help but you don't always want to wear them with your camping slippers.

Upgraded to these from the traction mules that I've used for years. I was SO happy to finally have warm ankles! They work great as camp shoes and/or house slippers (especially in old, drafty homes with non-carpeted floors).

Perfect for walking the dog in cold weather and rain or light snow-warm and water proof. Easy to get on and off-just like a slipper. Would have rated 5 stars but the overlapping design does provide complete ankle coverage protection. For several inches of snow, I use my North Face boots.

Size 12 they are not, a little short for my feet. Also the arch is not tall enough for my big feet.

Purchased as a quick slip on shoe for ski lodge when coming in from snowboarding. Expected a thicker sole with more support and traction as the name of the shoe implies. They are comfy but basically are an expensive slipper boot.

I purchased these ThermoBall Traction Booties to have something quick to slip on to take the dogs out and check the mail. They are warm and provide good traction on snow and ice.
Their construction is flimsy. The heel loop to assist in pulling them on is too low and looks to be one tug away from a rip. The similar LLBean quilted booties have leather reinforcement above the sole and a much more substantial loop at the top of the heel.
The price was OK, the shipping quick, and they had my size in stock during the holidays but I wouldn't buy another pair given other options.

Super warm and cozy. Seem durable, but I've only had them for 2 months.
They are designed to be worn as a slip on as well, but fall off easliy when worn as such.
Also, they shuld have put a pull tab at the top of the back of the shoe for ease of putting them on. They put it on the sole, for some reason.
