How would I use the product?
They have had to given it to me, after I bought it to use it. Instead, I ordered it online and they sent me an email saying it was at the store and I could pick it up. When I went to the store a week later, they said they had already shipped it back because they only keep stuff in store for four days. I asked them where in their details do they tell anybody that and they said they don't. That's awesome.
Things that are great about it?
It's got a great attitude. Sophisticated enough to wear with a tuxedo yet also down to earth enough to wear with a borat-style mankini.
Things that aren't great about it?
It tried to claim that it wasn't cheating on me because it was more than two large bodies of water away from where we live together and had raised a family of puffed marshmallow men looking babies. Needless to say we are no longer together.

I've owned these for less than two winters with minimal use and they are falling apart. I contacted customer service asking if I could purchase new footbeds since they are out of warranty and they said no but I could buy a whole new pair. No thanks!

Not good, cheaply made and barely has a sole in it.

Narrow fit, not comfortable. Seams chafe on foot. Not warm. Bad product.

My sole liner fell apart and is completely destroyed after one week of use . This is my third pair of these and the quality has gone downhill drastically. Would not recommend.

I bought this pair along with two pair of mules, in November. I already owned a pair of Northface slippers now for 4 years, loved them. I wrapped up the new purchases for Christmas. Traction Booties and pair of Mules for myself. The other Mules went to a friend, who loves them. My Booties have a horrible smell, that I can't get rid of. When I put them in my closet, totally blows my closet away with the odor. I live in Pennsylvania, last few weeks it's been very cold. I placed them outside for over a week. The smell still persists. I wore them a couple of times. Wife said out they go. The odor is like a formaldehyde in warp drive.

I made a huge mistake. Should have bought in black, huge stains formed on the shoes with average use that I can not get out

I received two different sizes: the left shoe is size 9, the right shoe is size 8. Very disappointed. Never buy again anything from the north face. Waste of time.

I love Northface. But sorry to say this, there is no 1/2 star available so I gave a full one start for this product.
These will be too ugly to see not what you think about this when you see in the picture. At first, you try them in any of the stores. If you still like it then buy them. Please don't believe what you see online for this product

North Face typically makes such great products, so I was very surprised by these. They have no arch support whatsoever, with thin soles, requiring inserts There are tags and stitching inside the boot that rub on the foot in awkward places (feels sharp at times), making socks necessary. The sizing is a bit loose, and because the back of the bootie has no structural integrity, the back often slips off and under the foot. The insulation is bulky, but not particulalry warm. ...and they look weird (which I willing to overlook for performance, but it's not there) Sadly, I prefer and continue to wear my worn out Haflinger slippers. I should not have purchased these.

This is the most disappointing footwear I have ever put on. For one thing, the booties run small, which I didn't expect. But the main problem is that they don't have a lot of insulation and I can tell they're not really warm, which is the whole reason I ordered them. I only tried on the right bootie and didn't even bother to put on the left one, because I knew I was going to return them as soon as I could. Very disappointing. Avoid at all cost.

When I saw these I was very excited to get something different than my uggs. I ordered a 11 as the sizing chart stated that's what I needed. Sadly the shoes run big and the 11 is too loose to the point where my heel comes out of the shoe. I Wore the shoes for 20 minutes in my backyard and customer service said I'm unable to exchange them as they are now used! Love the shoes, and the heathered grey, just wish sizing advice was more accurate and CS was a little more understanding. Not a great experience as a first time north face customer. Guess I'm sticking with my UGG's!
