I thought they would be warm and they were but they were so big and had no arch support at all. Unfortunately they had to go back.

Bought these for apres ski at the resort and travel but the sole isn't comfortable. Hard insole is a major detractor.

Love the comfort and warmth these provide, but the quality is lacking for a premium brand at a premium price. The soles have come loose in several spots and have had to be re-glued. Not sure if I got a bad pair or what but I'm not impressed with the quality. For the record, I also have the thermoball mules and have not had the same problem with those.

Cool moon boot looking shoe with ski pants on. These are to be worn for only a few occasions, 1. Taking out the trash 2. Walking the dog 3. Going out for a quick smoke (if that's your thing). Can't wear for longer than 10 minutes in slushy snow or your thermo ball technology turns into soaking wet, frozen ball technology.

I was looking for something quick to slip on in snow and mud for traveling to and from work, and around the yard. Style is nice. Initial feel is amazingly soft and cloud-like. However no arch support and quickly realized even walking over to neighbor's house, my feet were hurting. These will really only be good for quickly running outside but not for any distance.

Used regularly around the house. Putting on these slippers is not convenient because the heel section needs to be pulled down. Also, the tread is quite slippery when you move from wood to carpet and surfaces. I'm not impressed by this particular booty.

These LOOK very warm, but in fact they're no warmer than say a pair of ordinary Jungle Mocs. In this case they ran undersized (normal shoe size 11.5 so I ordered size 12 as recommended.). But the size 12 are rather tight. All in all an ok indoor only slipper, particularly if you can get them on sale.

There is no heel support. Wearing these while standing up working at my stand-up desk in my home office was uncomfortable. After wearing these in 55 degree house temperature for 30 minutes, my feet and these shoes were still cold

I returned these. They were too small for the size and the overall design was too constricting for me. I would like a more relaxed design that covers the ankle though.

They're exactly what you think they are. Like parkas for your feet. My only suggestion would be to SIZE DOWN. I wear 10.5. Bought 11. Should have got 10.

Hoping to use these shoes to travel between my house and WFH shed. They aren't great for outdoor use and don't have much support.

I had to return these because I didn't like the feel of them when not wearing socks. I wanted these for house shoes but wasn't crazy of how the nylon on the inside felt on bare feet. Also on the right shoe in my pair the the insulation was in a big bump in the area under the TNF logo. It might have gone away after a break in period, but the left shoe didn't have this issue and it was enough to annoy me when wearing them. So they would be good camp shoes for backpacking or maybe to wear around town on quick trips when its cold. But for me it just didn't meet my needs of being an easy to slip on comfortable house shoe.

Don't get me wrong, I love these shoes. I wear them almost everyday and they used to be the most comfortable shoes I own. The soles, however, have a cheap foam midlayer that breaks down over time and makes them progressively less comfortable on your feet. There is also a cardboard layer underneath the soles of the shoes which seems to me like cheap construction. I accidentally spilled some water on them once and it did irreversible damage to the base of the shoe because it is made of CARDBOARD. If the removable sole was of higher quality and another material was used instead of cardboard, they would be my favorite shoes.

The shoes are very ugly. They can not be worn out as they look like your wearing slippers meant for lounging around at home. Problem is they aren't good for lounging around at home because of the thick rubber soles. Not sure what the purpose of these shoes are? Maybe for taking out the trash and things around the house outside??

Bought these and loved them. However, they started splitting on the top after a handful of gentle wears (eg taking the dogs out in the backyard in the snow). Northface wouldn't stand by its product.

Bought a pair for me and my wife. After 3 months of occasional wear I needed to return them under warranty. The soles wore out SO FAST, they are made of such cheap materials. They are warm though and good for running out for quick errands in the winter.

Was super stoked to wear these Christmas Day but The North Face has a serious problem with sizing their footwear. I have five different pieces of footwear from them and me being a size 9 they vary from 8 1/2 to 10 1/2. I was just going to do an exchange they don't do that, you have to return and then repurchase. Now the slippers aren't on sale and I have to jump through hoops to get a new pair at the original price I paid. Horrible customer service from this company!
