The shoe is beautiful but it hits at the wrong place on the back of the leg/ankle. Would be extremely uncomfortable to wear.

I'm a true size 9, normal width feet and these were HUGE all over. They just looked so oversized for my feet, so much extra length and super thick front strap. And I agree with the other reviewers that the ankle strap rubs mad badly. If you wanted to try them still I'd suggest going down half a size.

This is a beautiful shoe, very similar to ones I bought years ago fro J Crew that I loved. But they are impossible to wear. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing. They are made wrong. The ankle back sits so high, they are very painful. Zappos should pull these from inventory. I am returning and getting something else.
