The back of the shoe sits too high on the ankle making them uncomfortable to wear. I had to return them.

Very cute, terrily uncomfortable...and very expensive. A huge disappointment.

The shoe was a bit narrow in the toe box. Even more disappointing was the fact that it looked like it had been worn! The bottom of the shoe had some markings like maybe someone wore them indoors. Also, I placed my order on August 28 and it arrived September 1. Zappos delivery has certainly suffered since in the past year. Returning this pair.

Very stiff & tight.

I wore these for my daughters wedding and danced all night in them. Very comfortable!

I believe the delivery took longer than it should have. I ordered it thinking I ‘d get it one day. I needed it for when I was leaving for a wedding at noon on Sunday it came at 3 PM

Dressy enough

Bernardo shoes are very comfortable, esp. when you’re over 65 and have to wear a dressy shoe as a MOB. The color wasn’t right for my dress, so I returned them.

I found these shoes very comfortable for someone who usually only wears Birkenstocks, but it’s my daughter’s wedding and I needed to find dressy shoes with a block heel. I’m only returning them because the color doesn’t fit my dress.

Perfect neutral block heeled sandal that’s not too high and adds that extra flair to any outfit.

Great shoe! Unfortunately, I had to return because of some black stuff on the toe of one of the shoes. I am bummed!

So pretty. Wish they worked for me. The part on the ankle goes up really high and hurt the back of my leg - never had this issue on another shoe.

These are great shoes for the price—all leather (including the sole!)—with great heel and forefoot support (wide toe strap). Made in Brazil. I don't agree with the uncomfortable comments—if anything, these should become more comfortable with wear because the leather toe strap will mold and stretch to your foot. The toe is much more pointy-rounded than I prefer; it made them running a half size large really noticeable. I'm a true 10. I'm going to reorder them in a 9.5. Recommend!

These were the most comfortable shoes I could find to wear at my daughter's wedding - all leather, so they were not at all irritating. I was not used to the ankle strap though and I had to do a lot of walking (between hotel / church / reception).

Good style but color was a bit blah. I ordered metallic too which was very pretty. Ankle strap wasn’t comfortable for me though so I returned both colors.

LOVE the style, heel, and the color is perfect! this metallic would go with so many things. I had to return, sadly, because the ankle strap on these was not comfortable for me. The heel cradle was also too wide, my foot didn't feel secure, however I have narrow feet, especially in the heel.

The problem I had with these shoes was the strap over the toes was not wide enough in the 8 and the shoe was too long in the size 8.5 A nice shoe otherwise and and full discloser is that I have a bunion on on my right foot and this might be perfect for someone without this issue

These shoes were a quick "no" for comfort

This shoe was very attractive on my foot. However, the back of the shoe came up way too high above the ankle and dug painfully into the back of my leg. Love the style but the extreme discomfort these shoes cause is not worth bearing. They were promptly returned.

The color was listed as Platinum but they are clearly copper. I don’t like them and will return them today.
