Its a good small/med backpack. The front pocket only goes half way down in delth so when you put something bulky in there the backpacks center of gravity is off and it tips forward everytime you put it down. Kind of annoying and i have a light color one so i think over time it will get dirty from tipping/sliding to the floor with the weight. That front pocket is too small. Should go all the way down like most TNF backpacks. Being a womens backpack it should have more space in that front pocket. Women have lots of accessories.

I use this backpack for college. It's amazing. It holds everything and it's very durable. I will be using it for traveling and I'm sure this will not let me down.

I use this product for school and carrying items to and from work and it is great. It is extremely comfortable once you fit the straps to your size. The pockets are really convenient fit with organizers for pens and other accessories you bring with you places and there is plenty of room for lots of books and a laptop. The one thing I read in the reviews before I bought it was that the shape was weird but I really like the shape and I think the size is perfect.

I got this for my 3rd grade daughter, in part because the description said it's a great campus bag. It's nice looking and comfortable, but I have design issues. To start, the front pocket is quite shallow; it stops before the top of the cords on the front. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as it will minimize the junk she can collect during a day, but when that pocket is full (and she immediately filled it with junk from her old backpack) or when the cords are pulled tight, it creates a narrower opening for the main compartment. So it takes some effort to put her lunch box in the backpack. Because the front pocket is shallow, there is more room at the bottom of the main compartment of the backpack (almost like a flat-on-one-side tear-drop shape). So it's not ideal for a lot of books and if you crammed a jacket or something in the bottom, you can't get it back out unless you remove the items in the upper/narrower section of the bag. She's happy, but I've been looking for a backpack of my own and this isn't it. We won't be using the laptop sleeve but it's snug and padded which is good for a laptop. It's not good for alternative uses (like a spare change of clothes which is what I use it for with my kid).

I use this backpack for college and it's very comfortable on the back. The only con is that the straps are stiff so it's hard to put it on and take it off.

I use this product as a backpack for school. Therefore, I place all my books, my computer, lunch bag, and water bottle in the bag. The bag has a very pretty design and even has a computer pouch which I love. I do wish that there were more pockets to put items in since I will also be using it for travel but otherwise, the bag itself is of very great quality.

I use this for school and it's honestly so great especially if you're in college. It has a nice laptop sleeve and you're going to need the extra support this backpack gives you if you're walking around a lot on campus.

I will be using this product for my second semester of college. My attention was drawn to the laptop pocket when deciding to purchase. The only way this backpack could be improved is by adding more pockets and compartments. Overall, I am happy with my purchase

I used this backpack for college & it is well designed and comfortable! The only problem is it didn't have enough pockets for me personally! Overall very nice.

I bought it for my short trip. It has enough space to put your cloths for a 2-3 day trip, and light weight. Also, this is for girls but not too girly looks cool.

My daughter needed a more comfortable backpack for school, as her old one road low, didn't have much structure, and light shoulder strap padding. The Jester solved all these. It's very comfortable on her shoulders and lower back, and the padding is great. The only thing is that it doesn't fit as much as she hoped, but honestly I think she overloads her backpack and needs to be more judicious in what she brings to school day to day, so the lack of space will help her do that.

I love the design of this backpack. It looks amazing and the pockets/storage is great. Unfortunately, one of my straps broke but I called customer service and a real person answered the phone right away! Laura was SUPER helpful and make my exchange easy, fast, and free! I highly recommend shopping with north face!

Love that it is practical and stylish

This is a great backpack for school because it has enough room to hold all of my binders and notebooks, and it's really comfortable and compact. The main compartment is very spacious, but I think I was expecting more from the front compartment. The bag itself is really good for the minimalist since it doesn't really have a large front compartment and has very minimal pockets. Other than that, the design is great and the bag is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Love it but would love a few more little pockets that don't protrude in the main space.

This product is great for school and travel! It is comfortable and light weight. The only con is that the smaller pocket is higher up than the back pocket so there's an awkward space when the backpack isn't full. Other than that, it's a great purchase!

I use this backpack for high school. It works well. The strap ripped of within two months. I brought the product to a store to ask about the warranty. At first they said it would take 6 weeks to be fixed. After consulting a manager, he took the bad backpack from me and shipped a new one to my house within 3 business days. Great customer service.

My daughter uses this backpack for high school and she loves it but I wish it was wider and deeper for all her school binders, laptop and books.

Great little backpack, love the color options and seems to be quite sturdy. Front pocket doesn't have a ton of storage space though, although plenty of pockets to organize your stuff. Main pocket comfortably fits a laptop and a few other items, but multiple large binders or textbooks would be a tight fit.

Overall, a pretty good size for general, everyday use- not enough pockets and the front pocket feels too small
