They are too small for my husband who is a true 14. They are not eligible for refunds or exchanges so we just have shoes that don't fit.

I have been emailing for almost a month to exchangeva pair od shoes with no response Costumer care is mot the best for as much as you spend in these shoe!

Its hard to review a shoe that was lost

I have owned several pairs of hey dudes and this pair is not comfortable!

He can't wear then because they are way too small. The are not true to size

I understand its not Hey Dudes fault the shoes didnt come in so when I contacted them they gave me a full refund & a 20% off coupon. They were very nice and very accommodating.

These run much smaller than my other Hey Dude shoes. Difficult to get on and very uncomfortable. I wasnt able to return them since I bought them on sale. This is the 2nd pair that Ive purchased that ran small, so this may be my last pair of Hey Dude shoes.

I have a huge blister in the middle of my foot

I bought the shoes and gave them away due to the bottom of the shoes having no tread just hard foam very slippery

I wear a 12 and I ordered a size 12 and they are way to small

This would be about the 7th or 8th pair Ive bought I am a size 13 or 14 but I have to buy size 15s so they fit but this pair does not fit I am so sad because these are my favorite shoes ever but for some reason these size 15s fit way smaller than all the other pairs Ive owned

These were too small. They came late. And they are refusing to send the correct ones

Could not return them

Don't buy these shoes

Although, I think that Hey Dudes are a comfortable, attractive shoe. Ive only given them a star because of how poorly I was treated by customer service. If you expect to have your issue resolved, youll be sorely mistaken. I definitely wont be purchasing anymore Hey Dudes in the future
