I never received these shoes. I waited several weeks and reached out to Hey Dude and said they were sorry they were out of stock. They would give me a refund. I ordered another pair as well and they came in about 5 weeks. I feel the only reason I got the refund for the out of stock pair is because I contacted them.

Strings snapped after being worn 3 times.

I have requested several phone calls to take care of a return issue. And have tomatillo not had a rescale going on three weeks and several emails. Customer service is a joke

Never received them and took me 2 weeks to get a hold of anyone to even get a refund! Just flat out ridiculous u send a email or chat and nobody replies

Worst customer service ever packages showed up damaged not in boxes and did not show up complete took over 3 weeks to even get any kind of a reply from them

Very uncomforable and cheaply manufactured. Tried to give away with no success to took brand new shoes to Goodwill.

I ordered this shoe on November 25, 2022. I received an email to confirm the order . Two days later I received an email that said my order had been shipped . But when I check the tracking number , it says "label created , waiting for carrier pick up ". I have emailed heydude 4 times and no response . Just an automated response . I have attempted to call heydude twice and was put on hold for over an hour both times . I have yet to receive my order ! Three weeks and nothing ! No shoes , no response! , no explanation, no return email , - Where is my order ?? It is a Christmas gift !! I will not be placing any orders with Heydude in the future .

I ordered 2 different pairs of Hey Dudes same size different names and this this pair was super wide and did not fit at all like the 2nd pair. They looked like they could be a mans shoe based on the shape and width. Due to taking advantage of a special I have been unable to return them and I am disappointed in having to eat the loss. I have several pairs of Hey dudes and hate not being able to add to my collection

When I ordered these, the original order went great. But I had to exchange them for a bigger size. It's almost been a month and I have yet to hear anything back. Even with emailing them with my concern. There's no tracking information. Mind this was back I early November.

i had a little black thing which covers the knot at the shoe lace missing didnt receive an email reply now after weeks of begging i got an email you do not carry replacement laces or tassels . Ok for how long do you want me not to wear my shoes to clarify that issue???????

Why bother to advertise a shoe if there are NO SIZES available!

Run small, so I can't wear or return.

Would love to review these but still have not received them.
