Most horrible customer service I have ever dealt with. Waisted 2.5 hours not answering my questions or standing by a promotion. Never buying this brand again. This is the shoe that gave me an issue for an exchange. Doesnt run true to size.

This is the show I ordered but not the shoe I received. It wouldn't let me exchange for the shoe I ordered. Customer service was not helpful. They said I could only return it for a refund and order again.

The threads continue to fall out of the top, they're literally falling apart. We wrote an email and included pictures and never got a response. I've bought too many pairs of shoes from them to just be ignored when I get a defective pair. Very disappointed. I had to throw them away after they were worn 4 days, and they were a birthday present. I can't apologize enough.

They have been making my feet hurt so bad and they are brand new!! Both brand new pairs I bought.

Still haven't received the exchange for smaller size.

We didn't get what we ordered - we got the wrong shoe! We disputed but nothing every was resolved!

Unfortunately, I experienced a terrible experience with delivery and customer service. I purchased two pairs of shoes as gifts. I received one pair within three days and after multiple e-mails and "chats" the second pair arrived twenty-six days after purchase. After purchasing seven pairs of shoes over two years, I was hoping to receive some compensation.

I ordered a week before mothers days, didn't get them until a week and half after. My daughter wears a size 8 and apparently they aren't women's shoes... cause these are huge!! Very disappointing. I'm going to try and get a refund.

No Customer service! I ordered shoes for Christmas and they were too small. Tried to return them and the websites says they can't be returned. I emailed twice and still no reply.

I have been trying to contact Heydude to exchange or return these shoes. They are a whole size Smaller than stated.

I ordered several pair of hey dudes at the same time these say they shipped with another pair but we're not in the package when it arrived. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service as these were a Christmas present. I have only been able to chat with a robot which has gotten me absolutely nothing. Need to order another pair for my daughter but will not until I get answers from a real person.

Packaging was horrible and destroyed the shoe. No shoebox to protect the shoe and company will not refund any money or replace. Terrible company
