These ended up being a little tie in the toe box area compared to others I have purchased. They look nice, but due to this I now have to exchange them.

Not what he expected

The shoe was great the fit was too small.

Too small. Customer service took several days to respond.

Runs small, very small My big toe will pop out of the shoe in a month if I wear. Fortunately my son is a 10.5 size so I am giving him these 11s. I just wish all the 11s were the same size with this company but they sadly are not.

Shipping was really bad other than that shoes were good.

I ordered my first pair and ordered my regular size but when I got them, they were definitely too big. Tried reaching out to return them or exchange for a smaller size but havent had much luck getting a response. No return slip in the bag.

Customer service is terrible. Shoes are not comfortable soles are like walking on styrofoam. Wish I would not of clicked on the web site.

Shoes looked great, comfy. But were too small. Tried emailing Hey Dude as soon as my husband tried them on to return them, they said they would get back to us but still havent. Its been almost 2 weeks now since weve heard from Hey Dude. Hoping we hear back soon to get the right size and give a better review!

The shoes were just the design I was hoping to get.Howevwr, I accidently ordered them in a men's size and they were too big. I passed that pair on for a Christmas gift but I hope to get a pair in the proper size for myself soon. I love the comfortability and the light weight. I'm sure I would be eating them higher if I were able to wear them. I was really excited about my purchase because I bought them on black Friday and got 20% off. I am sad that I didn't pay better attention to what size I bought.

Sizes are wrong. I usually wear 12-13. Had to get 14 in hd

They ran big so I had to return so I can go down a size

They are OK. For the price, I prefer Skechers. The ladies pair that I bought is actually uncomfortable with no lining at all.

We love these shoes and own several pair! However, the last 2 pair we have purchased, we have had issues with the shoe strings and had to end up removing them. :disappointed: We find this unfortunate since they are one of our favorite brand of shoes!
