I ordered shoes in mens instead of womens. I contacted costumer service to see what needed to be done and never heard back. Luckily they fit my husband but would love to have heard back.

Comfortable but I question their longevity

First of all the shoes were late they sat in St. Louis for around 9 days which is only two hours from my house. Secondly the shoes have strings hanging off where they were stitched together.

They are very hot but comfy shoes not something I would wear in the summer

I wear a size and they didnt fit it was a whole size too big, but I loved the color the sole of the shoe. I have wide feet and these are wide. They said return them and they give me a code for a full refund to get another pair. I'm waiting on that

Love the shoe very comfortable, wore 3 times already coming unsewed. This is very disappointing.

Soft and comfortable but extremely loose fitting. Snugged down draw strings but they loosen back up quickly. Not available in 1/2 sizes so I was forced to go up a size and feel like Im swimming inside the shoe. I reached out to support to ask about an exchange for a smaller size but they havent replied back.

The shoe itself is great! It was ordered through the Hey Dude website that was a problem. I had to ask several times for a tracking number and they took over a month to arrive. I know the postal service was backed up, but I feel there should have been better communication from the company to the consumer about what was going on and people should have been given an option for a refund or to wait. We did have to get a different Christmas present for our son and just give him these when they arrived on January 7th. He does love them though.

They do run big so get a size down. Great shoes very comfy.

Really disappointed in the comfort. My first pair of hey dudes were so soft and comfortable. The material on this style is rough and rubs the crap out of the top of your foot.

I ordered next size up as instructed but shoe is too big. I worry about going down a size and it being too small.

the hump or bump in the insert on the right side is not in the correct space. Hit the bottom of my foot in the wrong spot.

Ordered these for my dad and the 11 was too small and the 12 was too big. I recommend adding half sizes. He was really excited about these shoes and was upset when neither fit

To tight and even ordered size up!! Still waiting to return after almost a month they have not gotten back to us!! Disappointed
