These boots required a small break-in period, as all boots do, but now that they are broken in, they are very comfy. The side zipper makes them easy to put on and take off. They are very good looking boots as well. I wish I had bought a pair while I was in the Navy. Also, they were shipped to my house very quickly! The day after I ordered them! And I didn't even pay for overnight shipping!

I buy these every year for my husband. He loves these boots, they are comfortable sturdy and slip resistant (he works for a Industrial Plant)

I have purchased thee pairs of these in recent years. I love that they are not heavy or bulky, they give great ankle support and are comfortable to wear everyday.

I bought my first boot from Alpha force a year and a half ago. I loved it. I work in security and the shoe gives excellent support and comfort. I had a four hundred pound man standing on my foot did not feel a thing the shoe is a beast.

I've had my pair for a little over 2 years now. As a park ranger with extended assignments in both urban and wilderness environments, standing for hours on end on asphalt and hiking for miles in mountainous rocky terrain.. in both summer and winter conditions, I can say without a doubt these boots can do anything, and are by far the most comfortable boots i've ever worn. In one assignment I had to keep a mirror shine on the toes daily, and with a little initial work and maintenance these boots were able to hold that shine just fine. I've since replaced my original laces, and some of the stitching has started to fray on the upper one boot, but again, this is after 2 years of HARD daily use in some pretty severe environments. I can't recommend them highly enough, and my next pair of boots will be these same ones.

This is my go to boot. Comfortable, durable, sturdy ,waterproof lightweight. True to size w regular socks.nice in summer.in dead of winter for my THICK socks,I go 1/2 size up.long lasting tread and composite toe doesn't dig.the inside heel doesn't disintegrate and no heel slide.I cinch these boys up like hockey skates with the knowledge of a sure step.

I've been wearing my new Rocky boots for nearly a month. After receiving them very quickly (3 days) they were comfortable from the first moment I put them on. Only once did I need to adjust the tongue of one boots to ease minor discomfort while breaking them in. These boots are just as advertised and more, including excellent ankle support. Very high quality and tough, but feel light in weight to wear. I will certainly purchase these again.

This is my 4th pair it's works well for me light on my feet and the non slip bottom it's great. I work with hazardous materials

Bought these for a Christmas gift. My bf loves them they fit great and look sharp!

This will be my 5th pair. They have been the best. Got them at Gander Mountain from the past. They discontinued them and went to 5.1.1. boots. No comparison to Rockys.

I was looking for a good steel/composite toe work boot and several co-workers use these and highly recommend them. With the side zipper they are extremely easy to put on and take off. I wear an 8.5 and I ordered the 8.5 and they fit perfect. I will do an updated review in 12 months to see how they hold up.

I love that you can basically configure the boot you want with Rocky. Protective toe, got it. Waterproof, sure. Thermal lining, uh huh.

I bought these boots for my whole crew and everyone is thrilled with them. The boots are lightweight and waterproof.

I have not had them for long, but they are very comfortable and seem quite durable. I chose these primarily because the zipper makes them quick to put on and take off. The only issue I have encountered is the height; I am not used to wearing taller shoes, so I have been hitting things I would normally walk under. Otherwise, they are great for most conditions.

Been wearing composite (steal toe) boots for over 20 years. I wont buy any other kind.

Bought the boots this month. They are the third pair. They are as good if not better since you added the zipper velcro strap instead of the snap cover. They feel as if they had been broken in by someone. They are the best.

Just bought them last week and they came feeling like they were already broken in. Really comfortable.

Versatility doesn't begin to describe this product- It is quite honestly the best work boot I've ever owned- Tough, durable, lightweight (composite toe) & extremely comfortable (did require some break-in time) I will continue to purchase this style so long as it is offered-

No breaking in period like some other brands I've had, tread is superb and the insulation is by far better than I imagined.

I have 2 pairs that I interchange because I wear them every day, and have never worn a more comfortable and light weight ANSI toed boot with excellent traction. I also have a pair that I use for hunting because of the grip of the sole and the waterproof ability.
