The shoes are very beautiful, but way too narrow.

Not sure how these can be considered wide. Not a good fit width wise and the beaded band dug into my toe. Not comfortable for me at all.

Unfortunately I will be returning these. It was very tight across the toes. Too bad as they are very pretty shoes.

I ordered these for my wedding for wide support so the hopes would be to dance the night away without blisters or pain. Unfortunately they were very uncomfortable, the band is much more narrow than advertised.

Bought these for my daughter to wear at her wedding. She has Betsey Johnson's in gold and really likes them, I ordered her the silver ones. They came with no silver heart on the bottom & no blue label on the insole. She was very disappointed, and she doesn't feel they are the genuine article. Considering these don't have what the website shows, it is not an honest representation of the product. These were extremely expensive considering the lack of quality of the shoes we received. Beyond disappointed!

I ordered two pairs of the same shoe, different widths. The wide width shoes were packed in white paper, and looked dull compared to the others. No extra jewels were in this box and the shoes did not seem wider. Very disappointed.

I usually wear a 7.5 but ordered the 7.5W just to have extra room and be comfortable all day. They were very narrow and uncomfortable, squeezing my toes together. They didn’t seem to be original Betsey Johnson shoes as they were in a plain cardboard box and not the original and they were also missing her signature heart logo on the soles as pictured online.

I love the look of this heel for a wedding. The heel size is perfect and they are beautiful. But if you are getting married, DO NOT BUY SHOES WITH RHINESTONES!! The stones are poor quality and your dress WILL get caught on them. The last thing you want to worry about on your wedding day is tripping while walking down the aisle. I already had my dressed hemmed and now I'm stuck with these. Very disappointing.

I really wanted to be able to wear these shoes to my daughter's wedding and was excited that they came in a wide width. I usually wear a size 7C shoe. Ordered my usual size and not only were my toes sticking out the front but the shoe was too narrow at the sandal strap across the top front. The liner of the shoes were not glued down properly and felt like they would come out of the shoe. Very disappointed.

Super narrow. There was no way my foot was fitting inside. I was Cinderella’s step sisters! Jamming my foot inside. Beautiful shoe though.

I ordered two colors of these shoes (blue and white) and neither appear to be authentic and do not match the photos. The bottoms do not have the silver charm/label and the stitched blue tag is absent - replaced with a "stamp" of the Betsey Johnson logo. I love Zappos and have never had issues with any order I have placed with them, but these will be returned. I ordered one other style of Betsey Johnson heels that have not yet arrived (but from the same "Blue" collection) and will also be returning them and ordering from somewhere like Nordstrom if they also do not match the photos.

Liked style but too tight. Wish it came in wide

When you plan to celebrate your niece's wedding with an evening of dancing and fun, you look for shoes that represent the occasion, are cute and comfortable. Blue by Betsy are indeed worthy of the occasion and cute, but they are anything but comfortable. It's not that they don't fit, it's that the material is too stiff and hard. Perhaps with wear they would become less so, but because I will probably not wear this style very much, it is not worth the effort. These shoes are to be looked at, not worn. I say my feet deserve better and they agree.

I have narrow feet and these were a very tight squeeze. I ended up returning for the wide version and really didn’t notice any difference. They looked beautiful and we’re definitely sturdy shoes but I would not recommend.

Do not care for the way they look on me or with the dress I would be wearing with them. Heel too thick for me.

I ordered a 5.5W in Blue by Betsey Johnson by Mel, and a 5W in Blue by Betsey Johnson by Gina which is the higher, non-block heel version of this shoes. Like others have said, these are beautiful, but the the bands that goes across the toes were not wide width at all. Blue by Betsey Johnson by Gina in 5W surprisingly fit my foot however.

Beautiful shoes, intended to wear for my daughter’s wedding. Unfortunately, the heel was very stiff and painful. The strap is extremely long, and the holes seem misplaced. The soles were also extremely slippery. Sadly, I had to return them.

I was really excited to wear this for my brothers wedding, but unfortunately I tried them on and immediately hurt my ankles after 10min of wearing them blister popped up. I couldn't stand them for more than 30min. If you are sensible on your ankles do not buy.

I frequently order shoes online and know my size. These are NOT true to size. They are also not nearly as pretty as in the picture. They look cheap in person. Also, the cute detail on the bottom of the shoe in the picture is not really on the shoe.

Ordered these shoes in a wide width for my daughters wedding. I have a medium wide foot and read other reviews that said the wide width was not wide at all, fit like a regular medium width. But I took my chances anyway. Mistake. I should have listened to the other reviewers that purchased the wide width. These shoes not only were not wide, they actually felt on the narrow side of medium. They were also *extremely* stiff hard leather and the strap across the front hurt my foot within a minute of putting the shoe on. In addition to the hard, narrow, front strap, the heel area was extremely stiff hard leather and would have given me blisters on my heel within minutes. Other reviewers that said the jewel decoration on top snagged their clothing because the jewels have very rough edges or settings were also right on. The jewel decoration was catching on the pants I had on as well as even the sleeve of my shirt when I went to fasten the strap. Returned. Too bad because they are a beautiful looking shoe.

These sandals are very pretty and blingie, with a bit of a vintage design. I thought they ran true to size and width, and the ankle strap was fine. My only problem was that the toe strap (which I thought seemed comfortable at first) left an imprint on the top of my foot. Decided to return because I know this would be a problem wearing them all night and dancing. I think the jewels make for a more stiff toe strap and therefore it doesn't give at all. But they are gorgeous if this is not a problem for you!
