Shoe to heavy to wear and heel is too clunky. Need to return.

I ordered the wide to be comfortable at the wedding. These were definitely not wide. They are the narrowest shoe I’ve ever seen. Tiny, like a child’s size. Not a chance these are wide. I ordered 8w. I wear 71/2m. Teeny tiny shoes.

I ordered a wide, the strap over the toes of the shoe measured 3 inches THREE INCHES that's not wide not in my book that part of my foot measures 41/2 inches. I wish that shoemakers would not mark medium width shoes a wide, very frustrating VERY

I can’t say anything about the fit because I couldn’t even get my toes in them. No way were these shoes Wide. Beautiful shoes, though.

I bought these shoes for my wedding this winter. I have moderately wide feet and got a 9 wide. These were extremely uncomfortable and did not seem to be wide at all. I do not recommend.

The shoes are really very pretty, but after about 30 seconds of wearing them the top band cuts into the top of your foot horribly

This shoe was a disappointment--I am a true "wide width", and this shoe was very narrow, despite ordering a wide. The fabric of the shoe did not look "high quality" either. Returning!

I am a true 6 wide. I couldn't fit my foot under the strap and the ankle strap was too short to fit around my ankle

I returned because the shoes were of poor quality and too small and too narrow. The shoes were marked W width.

I am appalled at the condition of the shoe I was sent. The shoe was delivered in an untitled cardboard box without packaging or anything protecting the quality of the shoe. I ordered these shoes for my wedding and they arrived with stains, rips in the sole of the shoe, and glue seeping out of the sole attachment. I'm extremely disappointed Zappos felt it would be appropriate to send out a shoe of this condition, let alone at this price. I ordered the same shoe from David's Bridal and it arrived in mint condition and proper packaging. I will be returning the shoe purchased from Zappos

This shoe was perfect for my daughter’s wedding until the strap broke after an hour…to say I am unhappy with Betsy Johnson is an understatement!

I ordered a 10 W and received a 10 M which were clearly previously worn and had dirt on them. However, I went to Davids Bridal and tried on the 10 W and it is absolutely not wide. So if you have wide feet I would look for a different shoe. I even tried on an 11 W and it wasn't any wider, just longer. Zappos was amazing with the return process!

I bought these for a wedding the only size available was 8w I never wear wide but bought them anyway, I couldn’t get my foot into the shoe way too narrow.

This shoe is not wide. It is for normal width feet. We had tried it on 2 woman with normal width feet and it was snug. The person who ordered the wide couldn't wear it. This person is 14 years old and is a ballerina so her feet aren't that wide but wanted more room. Such a shame for this beautiful shoe. But buyer beware.

Sent the wrong size - I ordered W and got M. Way too narrow and stiff! Very slippery too.

The shoes sent to me were not genuine Betsey Johnson! The beading was mismatched left to right shoe and it was hanging over the edge of the front strap, digging into toes. The silver heart on the sole was missing even though the listing includes that picture! Zappos should not sell fakes!!

I have difficult to fit feet. 6 and 1/2 Wide. Sometimes I order a size larger to compesate for the width. This shoe was definitely not wide enough for my foot. Although it was a beautiful shoe!

It is beautiful pumps; however the width isn’t a true size which I’m disappointed. The size is perfect except for the width wide.

Size runs VERY small

I wear a 5.5 wide. Normally, a 6 will fit. I purchased a 6 wide. Unfortunately, I could not get my foot into the shoe.

I loved the look of the shoe, the length was perfect, but it was not wide enough across the front.

Ordered a size 5 Wide for my daughter. The strap across the foot is definitely NOT a wide. Hated to, but had to send them back. I wish I could find a true 5 wide in this style for her. Black, tan, blush or silver I really don't care just want them to fit.
