These are super cute. I got the pink and they are comfortable and easy to walk in. I would say there isn’t much support to them and they aren’t lined or fuzzy inside which would make they a five star. They are snug to get on but that means they are snug enough around the ankles so rain doesn’t get in.

These are so cute! However, with no half sizes, they are a little snug. I know the size up would be too big. The main issue however is they really rub your ankles. I have small feet and ankles, so this shouldn't be a problem.

Returning because there wasn’t enough cushion near the toe area. I felt like I had to wear thick socks to feel somewhat comfortable in these. Everything else for well though.

Love them, fit was great but I walked for 10 min in these and too ankle part was hurting me so bad I couldn’t walk anymore. So I had to return them unfortunately, a idea is maybe to wear a thick long sock.

The inside rubber by the elastic sides tend to rub against my leg when walking, I'll just wear higher socks, other than that they are great.

These felt a tad smaller than my size 9 Hunter original tall's, but not unbearable. I've been wanting these boots for a while and they are everything I expected. I wore them with taller socks so I did not notice any rubbing on my ankles like other reviewers mentioned. Perfect boots for stomping around the pumpkin patch all day.

Wanted these for a long time and took a chance. I will say that I have thin legs and tiny ankles. However, these were still considerably tight on my ankles- but I decided not to give up. I wore them around the house for a few days with heavy socks and at night put large empty water bottles in them to stretch out the elastic on the opening. Kind of a hassle, shouldn't have to be done, but I guess I'm stubborn. They feel fine now that I broke them in. Also should be noted that in every other pair of Hunters I'm a size 8, and in these I needed a size 9. 8 would not have been doable in thick socks and pants which are necessary with these. Thats fine for me- I live in a snowy climate and wear wool socks anyway. But if you're buying these to look cute at a California outdoor festival you might have some regrets.

This boot is absolutely darling. But it is absolutely impossible to get on. Returning because they are very uncomfortable and horrible to get on.

Size & style wise these boots are great. Really practical for living & commuting through Settle. But they're really narrow in the ankle for a chelsea. The rubber rubs really uncomfortably against my ankles if I don't wear tall socks.

Cute for a rainboot. Returning because upon trying them on, I realized that the other reviews were right about how it cuts into your ankles. It would probably be very uncomfortable to walk in for a while unless wearing long socks.

The short boot style is perfect but the ankle area is way to tight to be comfortable. The ankle opening should be larger so you can more easily "slip" these on and also the elastic is too tight. Not worth almost $150.

I have other Hunter boots that I love. But these need to be returned. The ankle is very tight, difficult to get on, and the part around my foot is bulbous compared to the tight ankle. They are super cute, so I am disappointed.

There was no way to get my 6W foot into these boots. The shaft of the boot looks like it will stretch enough to squeeze into but it's not. We tried a shoehorn, my husband pulled and I pushed, thin silky socks... all the things but nothing worked. The footbed seemed like it would work but I couldn't tell for sure since the chubby foot couldn't make it into the boot. Still on the hunt for fashionable waterproof boots for the NW winter.

The shoes are fine but the one star is for the box that came ripped to shreds! I can’t wrap a Christmas present in this box and if I have to return them they will go back in a bag!

Wore them for the first time today. Got my normal Hunter size 8 and the fit seemed to be good. Then I walked to work and now have a big cut on the back of my shin when the top of the boot kept hitting and rubbing. Was in serious pain by the time I finished my 10 minute walk. Hoping I can return even though I wore them once. Otherwise, $145 down the drain. :(
