They seemed to run slightly bigger than a standard 5 but the with seemed a little narrow. Otherwise I loved them. Want a bigger size but the color is out of stock. :-(

I love these! I’ve wanted a pair for a while and am so happy I finally got them. I don’t know how I’ve lasted this long in the PNW without them.

Very comfortable! Easy to walk in.

Had these in my favorites for a while so when they went on sale I had to try them. Very cute and stylish. Somewhat tight and a little struggle to get them off and on but I love the way they look so keeping them.

Definitely recommend sizing up if you're a half size! Otherwise, great boots when a full height isn't needed.

Just as described! I wear the same size in the tall boots so it worked out great. Love them for slipping on to walk outside and around the yard.

Great shoes! The only tip is to wear socks long enough to protect your heels! They do a great job protecting my feet from the rain and go good with any outfit

These are great! I ordered the same size as my y’all Hunters and they’re perfect! I can get on 2 pair of socks for chilly weather so my feet stay warm and dry! Another amazing show from Hunter!

Bought the olive color and I am wearing them now. I love that they are short, easy to put on and look great with jeans and fall fashion. They are keeping my feet dry and cozy and are super comfortable

I bought the navy Chelsea boots for my daughter’s birthday. She typically wears a 9-1/2 and I ordered a 10, which worked well for her. She really likes them, and I haven’t heard any complaints from her as far as putting them on or taking them off. I love the navy color in Hunter boots!

I’ve wanted to buy these for a while but was hesitant because of the mixed reviews. I finally bought them when Zappos had a coupon. So glad I did! These are more comfortable than my tall Hunter rain boots. More cushion on the bottom. These were easy to get on and off, and I think it’s because my feet are ‘skinny.’ Not necessarily narrow, but just not a lot of meat (for a lack of a better word) on my feet.

These boots were just as I had hoped, better even! So grateful for the amazing customer service Zappos offered (I had originally ordered these boots through a different company but after the shipment date was changed a third time expecting to them arrive AFTER my departure overseas, Zappos came to the rescue!! I will just start with Zappos in the future! They stand by their word and I’m so grateful to them.

Very comfortable. Will look cute with skinny jeans and leggings -- and great in wet weather.

Enjoyed the tow width. I normally wear a 7.5 in women’s and bought a 7 and they fit just fine.

Love these. So comfy and look great with skinny jeans. Easier to walk in than the Hunter tall boots and great for warmer rainy weather.

I love these boots so much!!! They are so comfortable. They're a little hard to get on, but they're very supportive around the ankle. They are slightly uncomfortable after a little while due to how tight the elastic us on it. Wearing a pair of heavier socks definitely helps!

These are beautiful, well made boots. I also have tall Hunter boots, which I ended up ordering a full size larger than my usual 7. Ordered these a size up and was surprised to find my toes touch the front of the boots. I have now ordered 2 sizes up and will likely keep those. If you're in doubt I would recommend sizing up! I did not have issues with the ankles as others mention. The elastic is tight and you have to really pull them on at first, but they are totally comfortable and don't rub my ankles in a painful way. My taller boots have held up really well - even with me tromping through salt water with them - I know these ones will see a lot of use in my rainy climate!

I found these to run a size large. Based on some of the reviews, it was hard to tell what size would most likely fit me so I ordered sizes 9,8, and 7. I ended up sticking with the size 7. I have narrow feet, but not exceptionally narrow, so I have no issues getting my foot in and out. I've worn them with thick wool socks and my feet stayed warm and dry during the rain. I also like that they are not completely flat so they give arch support throughout the day. Very happy with these!

I really like the boots . . . heading to the UK and it rains there all the time. I have a small foot and normally wear a sz 6 but needed to buy the sz 7. The seven works with a sock. The rain boots are darling but the service from Zappos was OUTSTANDING!!! I have never received such good service from a store ever before, not even Nordstroms. The sz 6 boots arrived the day after I ordered them and after I spoke with a service representative to exchange for a sz 7, those boots arrive the next day as well. Amazing! They made me feel like I was their only customer. I'll shop there again.

I originally ordered a size 7 but had to jump up to the eight because I can barely fit my foot in the seven and even when stretching the side grommets decide elastics and I’m a fairly true 7 to 7 1/2. I didn’t find the same ankle discomfort with this boot as long as I was wearing a pair of socks that reached past the ankle of the boot. When I tried them on out of the box with a pair of short ankle socks, they were not comfortable around my ankles without higher socks.
