These shoes would be perfect if only they were true to size. If you order , make sure to order a half size smaller.

Small and uncomfortable

Shoes fits fine, but had so little arch support and such thin innersoles that they were uncomfortable to wear.

Tongue is too long

Uncomfortable.. Inside the shoe it felt 'unfinished'. Not what I expected from New Balance

Shoes were sent with gravel already worn into sole. Was offered a replacement but shoes were no longer available.

I really want to like these shoes. I love the style, and the foot bed is very comfortable. The problem is the sewn seam at the bottom of the tongue - The seam is really thick, and sits right on top of the joint of my big toe. It makes them unwearable.

When I first put on these shoes they seemed to fit properly. As soon as I got the delivery I tried them on to see if they fit and then put them back into the box. The next morning I put on the shoes and started my errands for the day; by the afternoon my small toe on my right foot was rubbing up against the top of the shoe. Though I had only worn them for about 8 hours, I didn't feel I could return the shoes because they had been noticeably worn. They were supposed to be wide width but they didn't feel like it to me.

The size and fit were true, but the shoes are not comfortable. I walk a great deal (1-3 miles a day.) There is no sole support. Look great but not really well made.

I have these in white and they are more comfortable and truer to size. The color on this product is also misleading as grey is more of a greenish color and not very attractive. Unfortunately, I will be returning.

Good looking shoes but the soles are super squeaky. I had to return them.

Tore up my heel, don’t buy

I love New Balance and have about 5 pairs. That being said, this is an awfully uncomfortable shoe. I wore it around the house to try and break it in and it is tight and literally gave me blisters after a few minutes. I would size up or get another model. For casual maybe look at the 247 model which feels like walking on air. This AM201 model is for looks only
