These are great shoes and will be replacing my Chucks as everyday wear! They’re comfortable and provide better support than Converse. I typically wear an 11 in the 574, but those were about a 1/2 size too large. Ordered them in a 10.5 and they fit perfect. Dress them up or down. They’re now my go-to kicks!

Had these for a few years now, and still holding up great! Nice aesthetic, comfortable fit for a wide/flat foot. No complaints!

Good clean looking sneakers with a nice finish. Felt a little tight at first, but quickly loosened up.

Shoe fit me good in width and length for my smaller wide feet in a sneaker. Comfort was a bit above average. After trying these on, decided it wasn’t a good color for me. Returned for a different color.

The fit was great and they felt good right out of the box. The customer service from Zappo is awesome. The incorrect shoe was sent originally (I ordered tie with laces and velco closures were sent) and they made it right as soon as I spoke to them and got this correct one shipped immediately

Shoe is a little stiff upon arrival. Hoping it relaxes a bit.

I was looking for a sneaker that would work for the office and this show looked perfect. These were my first pair of New Balance Numerics and the fit was just what I was looking however the white tongue is more prominent on foot than I thought it would. It looks like socks are visible through the laces. More casual than I wanted. Other than that it’s a great shoe.

These are really narrow shoes.

I like these as casual shoes. The fresh foam insert is comfortable and the shoes hold up well. Not the best in wet conditions, the material soaks up water and is slow to dry.

I've been looking for a shoe to replace my reebok leather nanos since they don't make them any more. It's been the only shoe for me that fit perfectly from day one. I chose this shoe because it's not clunky. It was suede and I bought men's thinking it would be wider width than the womens. I've only worn them for a week and although I don't love them, they wil do.

I chose the light blue canvas with the tan New Balance logo. I like the breathable canvas uppers and the appearance, which goes well with jeans and khakis. I dislike the sparse cushioning of the sole and the lack of lateral support. It's stretched as a real tennis shoe; you feel the heat of the pavement. New Balance also cut corners on the shoelaces, which are light-duty and cheap. New Balance used to make a genuine tennis shoe with canvas uppers. I wish they'd bring it back.

I bought one pair in suede and the other in canvas. The suede are much more comfortable. The piping and stitching of the canvas tongue goes all the way down toward the toes and rubs the top and sides of my feet. Oddly, the canvas soles also feel like they have less cushion (same sole, different color). Great style though. A little lighter than a pair of Vans for sure.

Well other reviews were right about the overall texture, the shoe description reads suede, in reality this is not entirely suede, I don't even know what is it called, this texture looks a bit and feels a lot like shaved off suede, that is how suede looks after considerable shoe wear, which is not that bad if you enjoy your suede shoes thoroughly, but I agree, shoe fabric description is misleading. Only aspect of the shoe style that is fully suede is the white N; the tan patch just above the ankle on the back of the shoe seems to be fine leather, which gives the style a great look in my opinion as well as feel. I and changing the shoe laces to the same tan color of this leather patch for a bit of customization and to enhance their look and I would recommend this change to Newbalance if I could spare the time to find their feedback section on their website. Anyhow, overall is a good looking shoe and craftsmanship notices a quality product.

Looks great with jeans or shorts, a good choice for wearing around, but not suitable for sports.

I always wear an 11.5, but these were way too big. The 11.5 seemed more like a 12.5. But it’s a great looking show.

We were so happy to find this shoe for my son, that looked great, felt great. However, when he started walking this shoe squeaked like crazy. I have never heard a shoe squeak like this. So unfortunately we have to return it.

My previous three pairs pf shoes have all been New Balance M574's. I thought I'd try this slightly hipper style for a change. The shoe looks great and the fit is comparable to the M574. However, this is a VERY casual shoe and has none of the strong support that other New Balance shoes offer. The sole is extremely flexible which any podiatrist would warn you against. It does has a removable insole, so you can add third-party inserts to bolster the support a little. It's a okay shoe for lounging around but is definitely no good for long distance walking or running.

Comfortable light weight shoes.

Size is great, just a little narrower than a true “D” width. Nice style and shipping was very fast!!
