The perfect shoe for Zumba! This is my 3rd pair in this style. As an instructor my shoes HAVE to be supportive and comfortable. These shoes are super lightweight and packed full of support in all the right places so I can dance in comfort and style. Highly recommended. They will take a bit of time to get used to if you're used to standard support (think dancing on a cloud!) but it's well worth sticking it out for a class or 2.

I am very happy with this shoe. The thoughtful design allows the wearer to customize the fit. I ordered a 8 wide. At first I thought they were a little too wide. After wearing for about a week,and learning how to adjust the laces and the Velcro ankle strap, they felt great! I broke my ankle a few years ago, and these provide great support. Finally- a lightweight fabric training shoe that provides the support I need!

Unbelievable shoe. Super lightweight. I've had problem feet and ankles for two years. Finding a comfortable and stylish mid top sneaker with a lot of cushion and excellent ankle support has been a HUGE challenge. I refused to give up and finally found these! Where have you been? I can't believe I somehow overlooked them. Maybe I thought the colors were too funky? In person they are very cute. I have been wearing them all day and my feet and ankles feel SO incredibly good! No pain. The shoe cradles my heel and feels like I'm walking on cushions. Love the clever padded piece attached to the pull on tab. This is a thoughtfully designed shoe reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about it. Delivered overnight!

I teach kickboxing and step, so I'm jumping and twisting a LOT! This sneaker provides excellent cushioning. I wore a mid-rise shoe for MANY years, then started wearing some other more popular shoes...for the look. Boy, am I sorry! I developed some achilles tendon issues/heel pain and am back in my trusted Ryka mid-rise styles. I am feeling much better; super supported. Would recommend to anyone who has issues with ankle support, achilles and heel issues. [I am a 30+ year personal training and fitness instructor.]

Based on my last pair of Ryka mid sneakers, I knew there would be a slight breaking in period. But, honestly, my problem feet felt better the moment I put them on. Love them!

I love this shoe for cross training and cardio. Very light yet supports my foot well.

I have the worst feet and ankles. I am having the worst time finding comfortable shoes to work out in. I saw a friend of mine in these shoes and asked her about them. She couldn't say enough good things, so I decided to give them a try. THEY ARE AMAZING. Like walking on a cloud and I get through a whole workout without sore feet. Get these shoes.

I have taken full advantage of Zappo's super-tolerant policy of ordering lots of styles and sizes to find THE ONE that I would love putting on my feet every day. In total, this time I tried 6 styles and one of them in 2 different sizes, and read lots of reviews. I kept expecting an email to say either buy something or leave us alone, but this incredible company just kept honoring my requests. My search has paid off with the purchase of this shoe. I was looking for something with superior cushioning to help me stay active and comfortable with arthritic hip and knee joints. My usual size is 7 1/2, but I tried the recommended size 8. The toe width was a little close, so I decided to try the 8 1/2 and found a comfortable fir with lots of cushion. This shoe even has extra pads that cradle the heel, which I've never seen before in a shoe. I was worried that they might feel in the way, but they add to the overall feeling of stability. I was torn between getting this style and the Tenacity model, which had a wider toe box, but not as much cushioning. Since shoe shopping is not my favorite thing and they are both so comfortable and fun colors that I've decided to treat myself and keep both of them. It's the least I can do for Zappo's patience and customer service.

I have sore ankles and I am very happy with these especialy for my ZUMBA classes. One of the class members had a pair and she led me to your weebsite. I can't wait to thank her. One thing, since I just bought these a week ago and I am disappointed that the price went down so much. Next time I am going to wait for a better sale

Great shoe with ankle support. Very comfortable right out of the box and will be buying another pair!

I have a difficult time finding comfortable, stylish shoes that can take a lot of miles. (Walking commute.) These shoes felt great right out of the box. Roomy toebox - I purchased wide and yes, they actually are a wide - unlike many brands. Cushy insole, with room for my orthotics. Even without orthotics the insoles are quite supportive. Fabric is just stiff enough to be stable, without hurting problem areas (bunions). Hightop looks good with skinny pants. Looking forward to my next pair of Ryka shoes.

The toe box is perfect width for wide feet. The shoe is too wide at the ankle. Even so, a comfortable shoe

I was very interested in these shoes as the reviews I read was very favorable regarding ankle support. To be honest, these are definietly mid-rise and not high tops. They do have a somewhat good ankle support, but not the type I thought they would. This should'nt reflect badly on these shoes as they are advertised as mid-rise. The major issue I had with them is the 'tongue' of these shoes is very sparse. I have a normal foot and the tongue is not wide enough to prevent a white sock from 'peaking' out if one doesn't tie the shoes tight enough. This is an issue with comfort with me as the tongue is not padded very well either. This shoe does has style beyond style and is a great looking shoe, however they could have notched it up a bit by being better quality in some places. Worth the money if one can switch up shoes but I really don't think it would be a great daily wear shoe due to the tongue issue. This shoe does catch the public's eye and is a really cute shoe though.

Great higher top! Love it! Changed out black shoelaces for a light blue green to match bottoms...
