Really a well made, comfortable and sleek sandal. Ankle strap hits at the perfect spot - not too low to be restricting when you walk, and not too high to cut into your ankle. Sadly, this shoe is not for us long-toed girls. The footbed is very short! If you have long toes - size up one full size. However, if you have narrow feet (and normal toes) go down half a size because the toe band is quite wide.

The 6.5 runs long in the foot bed....reordered a size 6 and fits perfectly.

These sandals are exactly what I was looking for. Stylish and cute, while being a bit more polished than a flip flop. Super comfortable and a great bottom that appear to last a long time. My only concern is that the leather is so soft on the footbed, I hope they are durable.

I ordered these shoes to replace an older pair I had that were falling apart. I read other reviews stating the shoes had changed, but hoped they were incorrect. Unfortunately, it was true. This new pair is a lot smaller and less comfortable than my old pair. The leather is a lot cheaper and the sole of the shoe is significantly smaller even though I ordered the same size. Disappointed. If they are going to change them so drastically, it seems they should change the name as well.

My foot didn’t fit the width of the front band

It's super cute, but as I tried on, it felt way too tight. I got a size 9, but it felt like an 8.

I have these exact sandals in brown and love them. ordered them in black in the exact same size and they are markedly different in the length from heel to toe.

I really liked the style of the sandal. I read the reviews before purchasing. Some reviews said 'true to size' and some said 'too small'. These sandals were too small. Ordered my regular 7.5 and they fit like a 6.5/7. Buy up. I do like these sandals will purchase in a larger size, but I had to return the smaller pair.

I have a high instep so it is hard for me to say for sure that the toe strap was way too tight, but it was for me so I am returning them.

I wished these had worked! They were very tight and narrow. I have regular-narrow feet but I could barely squeeze my feet into these shoes. I have ankles that sometimes swell a bit, but could barely fasten the straps across the ankle. Bummed because these were really cute!

I have small feet, and while the ankle strap fit, there was a large, noticeable gap between the top of my foot and the strap. Back they go!

Super cute looking, but a miss with the fit and comfort. The toe strap is sooo wide and the Steve Madden tag itches the bottom of your foot.

Love them BUT I have pretty narrow feet. This has a loose strap across my toes but I deal with it because it’s so comfy!

I wanted to love these so badly! In fact, I really do love them...but the footbed length is WAY too short! I usually wear between a 9.5 and 10 and ordered the 10 in these and my toes and heels were both RIGHT at the edge. As soon as I started walking my toes hung over. I exchanged the 10s for 11s but was swimming in the 11s. The quality control on Steve Madden sandals in general is terrible. I ordered another sandal from them in two different colors and they fit completely differently despite being the same style and size! It's such a shame because other than being too short, these were super comfortable and cute! No rubbing, a thicker sole than most sandals. Boo. Do better, Steve Madden!

Material was nice, as expected. The fit, however, was not. The front strap hit the front of my foot at an uncomfortable angle and the length for my 91/2 M was a tad short. I can usually wear a 9 1/2 length with no problem. Love the look, but not for me.

The leather is smooth as silk but the strap over the toes is loose. Loved them but can’t keep them.

I loved the comfort of this shoe but the finish on the buckle looked as if it was rubbing off. Same shoe in stores had same defective look.

I wanted to love these. I ordered a whole size up and they’re still way too small. They’re exceptionally narrow. They were very cushiony, though! Wish this could have worked.

Leather looked cheap, pretty comfortable for no arch support. Returned because I was looking for something to wear all day.

Weak straps allow feet to shift on the foot bed. I think this is a potential twisted ankle risk or a falls risk.

Ordered 9.5 for my 8.5/9 narrowish feet. The length was perfect, the sole was a good width for my feet, but the strap over the toes was too wide, flopping on my foot when I tried to walk. Thank you Zappos for easy returns.
