I bought these exact sandals last year and LOVED them! I wanted to get another pair this year and the exact same size is MUCH too small in width and length. They changed them, but not for the better!

I usually wear an 8W, but I compared the Steve Madden size chart to that of shoes I usually wear (naturalizer) and ordered the 9 instead. It fit on length but not width. Why do no cute sandals come in wide? If you're like me and are desperate for cute, wide sandals, don't order these thinking they'll fit. Part of my foot hung over the edge, which I hate. I will be returning them.

Beautiful, well made and comfortable shoe. The cognac color goes with everything. Nice rubbery sole to keep you from sliding all over the place. Only con is sizing. I normally wear a 10 in all shoes and brands, but I had to go up to an 11 for good fitting.

Read reviews and daughter ordered a 10 when she’s usually a 9. Fit perfect! Always read reviews. Love the sandal quality and style.

Very comfortable and pretty

Been looking for a simple classy and comfy summer sandal. These fit my budget and my foot! I’m typically a size 9, but got a 9.5 and they fit great. My foot is on the narrower side and it’s hard to find a larger size sandal that doesn’t get too wide. These are soft and comfy and easy to wear with anything. The buckle clasp seems a bit cheap and possibly plastic painted to look like metal? Hoping it’s durable and lasts the season. I’d recommend these.

I love these sandals! I usually always wear an 8 1/2 in sandals and ordered a 9 based on other reviews. I’m so glad I did, because they fit perfectly and I think my normal size would have been too short.

True to size I love them

For someone with narrow feet these fit the bill. I punched two more holes on the strap and all is right with the world...well almost. Soft leather and comfy out of the box. A word to the wise, measure your foot with a tape measure and check out the size chart in inches, so far this tip has helped me from ordering the wrong size.

These shoes are so cute and comfortable! They match everything and can be dressed up or down. I do have a narrower foot, so the width isn't a problem for me like it might be for others. The do run SMALL. I almost always wear a 9, I'm exchanging for a 10. Can't wait for the new pair to arrive!

This sandal is so comfortable right out of the box. I have 2 pairs and wear them all day long without any discomfort. They look great with slacks and even dresses & skirts. They also do not scuff easily like some flat sandals. I would buy more colors if they were available.

I bought a pair of these in black maybe a year ago and liked them so well I decided to get another pair in brown. The first pair were a little snug when I first got them but eventually stretched out to a comfortable fit. The new pair were tighter than I remembered, and I figured they just needed to stretch, but I compared the size between the two colors today and realized the brown ones *are* noticeably smaller! I've already work them or I'd swap them. Hopefully they'll stretch enough with time that it'll be ok.

Color is off. My pictures show my original older pair (same color that was on the website), compared with the new pair I received. I do like the feel and fit, though I'm glad I ordered a full size up as it definitely runs small. I had to return these because the color is NOTHING like what is in the picture. It is a much darker, brown and the rubber sole is even a different color. Very odd. I have purchased these before- about 3-4 years ago and the color was what is shown on the image. Did Steve Madden change the material? The image needs to reflect that change. Wanted to like as much as my old pair but sorry, almost barfed when I saw the color. Returned.

These sandals are nice n comfy. Had to get them in both black and tan!

When I order sandals from Steve Madden I always order half a size up! Even with up-sizing the sandals were a little tight around the ankle but the leather softened up as you wear them. They’re super comfy and can walk all day in them, would recommend sizing up a full size though

I love these sandals. I bought them new and walked all around Barcelona. I added a clear stick on insole with arch support. The insole isn’t visible when wearing them. I looked forward to wearing them because they were squishy and light with arch support. Can’t say that about my other sandals. The back strap didn’t rub and I was blister free. I must have tried 50 different pairs before purchasing these. The other pairs were wide and clunky. I looked and felt like I was wearing snowshoes. I recommend these if you don’t have wide feet and you don’t want a clunky sandal. If you need arch support just add it yourself. The clear sticky arch supports are inexpensive not adding too much additional cost to the shoe.

Wore these for 2 days at a trade show right out of the box with no discomfort at all. Simple, comfortable, and go with anything!

Cute lacking arch support but the metallic is a nice rose gold.

These are cute, well made shoes. BUT they run REALLY small. I always wear a 9.5 and after several orders and returns, a size 11 is the only one that fit me. So up it 1.5 sizes, and if you don't mind a slightly loose strap across the toes as a result of upping sizes then you'll be fine. I love the style of the shoe and the leather is soft.

Received these and the leather is poor quality and looks cheap. Sole doeesn't seem tough enough to withstand alot of city walking. I'm sending them back.

Soft leather bands and super comfortable right out of the box. I'm usually a size 8 in sandals and based on reviews I ordered a size 8 and 8.5. The 8.5 fit perfect! Order a half size up!

Very comfortable and cute! These ran a bit small for me--I've always been a size 10 at the largest, and I had to size up 11 in these so my heel wouldn't hang off the back.

I read the reviews before ordering and they were spot-on, order a half size up for a perfect fit!
