GREAT HANDBAG BUT EITHER I CARRY TO MUCH STUFF OR IT'S TOO SMALL. PLUS THERE'S ONLY ONE COMPARTMENT INSIDE MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO KEEP ORGANIZED.

First, this came with a lot of scratches and discolorations. Very surprised for Frye. The length was nice and size was nice but it just did not feel good to me. Returned.

The size of the bag is great for my needs - casual going out purse that can hold wallet, photo, glasses, keys and maybe an e-book. I am probably going to return it unfortunately. After 1 use, it started to turn white and grey in certain places. I think it was because of the square Frye tag that was in it; the white/gray is the outline of the tag. I'm okay with and expect scratches and normal wear and tear, but I was unimpressed with the fact that it became quite unnaturally discolored so quickly. I'm not sure why that happened but it seems that it's to do with the waxing and dying of the bag.

Zipper does not run smoothly after a year of usage and struggle. Super disappointment. I wish I would’ve returned.

The stitching came out on the arm strap. Very soft leather but should be better crafter for the price you pay.

I love the Frye brand, but I had to return this bag as one of the strap’s stitching securing it to the purse came almost completely off. Nothing happened to cause this, it was from regular, daily use for only about two months. Leather scratched easily as well, but I’ve seen that with other Frye leather products, I believe it’s just their style

Product came with scratches on the leather. For the cost, that’s pretty unacceptable (and frustrating!). This is supposed to be a gift, but now I’m unsure whether to give it or not.
