It is exactly as pictured and arrived in perfect condition.

I bought this purse this fall, however it is the darker brown color. It's a beautiful, rich brown and looks great with fall colored clothes and shoes, as well as navy blue. It's a perfect size for me, as well. Plenty of room for wallet, cell phone, sunglasses, etc. It gets scratch marks that come and go, but they add to the charm! Great purse!

I've had this bag for a few months and it's perfect. I can fit everything i need- small makeup bag, keys, phone, glasses (with case) and still have room. The strap is comfortable and has gotten softer the more i carry this bag.

I bought this purse based on others' reviews & I love it! I would consider this a mid-size crossbody and the sizing is perfect for day or evening use. My wallet, sunglasses, and lip gloss fit easily inside the large pocket. Personal items fit in the internal zipped pocket. My cell phone (cased in an otterbox) easily slides in & out of the external pocket. The leather finish is refined and easily goes with jeans or more dressy outfits. Additionally, the crossbody is adjustable & certainly hits at a nice spot on a 5'9'' frame. Buy this!

I like it - good color and good size

This is a beautiful, totally classic bag. I’ve been looked for a smaller/lighter bag to carry (all of mine run towards huge), so I ordered this bag and bed stu’s Tahiti. The bed stu bag won, because it’s more unique, BUT if I worked in a different environment I’d have gone with this Frye bag because it’s more refined (while still being simple enough to be casual). It’s very versatile, and I’ll probably end up adding it to my collection if I can adjust to carrying smaller bags. The ice gray color is beautiful and the perfect neutral.

I purchased this Crossbody bag about a month ago and couldnt be happier with my purse. The leather is soft and buttery. The purse is spacious and allows you to carry plenty. Would definitely purchase again.

I have this bag in black and chestnut and I saw the red clay at a department store but it was all beat up so I ordered from Zappos. Great bag. Holds just what I need. Zipper closes easily. I don’t carry lots, just a small wallet, hard sunglass case, large phone and keys and some little stuff.

I really love this bag! All crossbody bags should have a longer adjustable strap in my opinion. This is no exception. I’m tall. This works for me, but barely. Otherwise it’s a fabulous size and quality leather. Longer straps Frye!

I bought this a week ago and love it. Don't let the size fool you. Full size wallet, two cell phones, makeup and more. Plenty of room.

I had a pair of boots in the cognac color. This bag goes great with the color. It was a perfect size and held everything I needed. If I get another $50 off coupon, I plan on buying another color.

I usually use small crossbody bags but lately I find they are just to small. I was worried this bag would be to big compared to my other bags but I find it's just the right size. I love the squishy soft leather. It's holds a large phone, wallet, tissue and normal everyday stuff. I'm 5'1 and the strap length is fine on the shortest setting.

This purse is cute, but the zipper is difficult and thus it loses a star.

Nice size, just enough room for wallet, glasses, makeup, keys. Leather is good quality and a nice color. The strap was long for me, ( I am just over 5 ft) but i was able to use a leather punch to add another hole.

I ordered this purse in the lilac color and it was beautiful! I really wanted to like this bag, but ultimately it was too small for my needs (wallet, phone, hard glasses case, small cosmetic case, keys) and I returned. The strap was a good length for crossbody, but I would have liked a few more holes as sometimes I like to shorten and wear as a longer shoulder strap.

The color is kind of blah... I was expecting something with a bit of richness but it is more a pukey nude color and not like that deeper color shown in the picture here. The purse itself is lovely...good shape, length of strap. quality leather, etc but it is going back due to the color.

Love the grey, not the black

I do love this purse and tried to make it work, but I'm returning it because it's just too small. I have to choose what to pack in every day and the hassle isn't worth it. It's super cute and very high quality leather. If you like smaller purses, this one could be for you!

I ordered the Sangria color hoping it was going to be more pink/magenta, its pretty much Red and with the metalic effect i really didn't care for it:(

I was a bit disappointed with the look of this bag in person. The leather was more distressed than i expected.

Overall this bag was exactly what I was looking for in terms of shape, style, and size. Unfortunately the zipper consistently stuck in one place so I will be returning it.

This purse was too small for my needs. I could fit my large wallet, phone, and keys comfortably, but that’s it. I’m sure I could fit more, but it would have been stuffed. It seemed like it was constructed well and the leather was nice, but I couldn’t see keeping it for the price when I was 50% satisfied. Returned.

I really wanted to like this bag. I wanted something a little larger than the Michael Kors crossbody that I've been carrying, and didn't mind if it was a bit more casual. This seemed like it would be perfect. Unfortunately, the strap is a little short for me. It came with the strap positioned in the 3rd hole from the end of the strap. I moved it to the 2nd hole... Still too short. I moved it to the 1st hole, but didn't like how that looked. The other problem for me is that the zipper pull is really clunky looking. I didn't notice it in the photos, but in person, the zipper pull seems like it's about half the length of the bag. It's just really clunky and ruined the look of the bag for me. The leather feels really waxy, but I think that would diminish somewhat as the bag is used. Unfortunately, this isn't going to work for me, and it's going back.

This is a beautiful purse, if you like the "worn" look, which I do not. Zappos shipped this purse and matching wallet in a bag, instead of a box, so when I received it, there were dents in the leather, in addition to the "worn" look. I ordered the same purse in black, without the "worn" look, just smooth and soft gorgeous leather, and I love it! Zappos shipped it in a box with air-filled protectors. I will definitely keep the black purse!
