I used this travel trunk for the first time for a 7 day MTB trip. It was a fantastic piece of gear. I had all my riding attire, regular attire, food and gear. Super easy to pack and haul - Loved it

I bought the ORV 40 1st and loved it. And then bought the 30 and the carry-on bag in the same color to have a luggage set. They are rugged, handy and they have well thought out compartments with heavy duty zippers.

I try to check only one bag when visiting family overseas. This bag is huge and will hold everything I want to take with me. Of course, I use a lot of packing cubes and folders I've collected over the years from Eagle Creek, which helps. I have some that fit between the handles. And others that fit very well in this bag. The bottom section can be used to store dirty clothes or shoes. The storage up top is helpful, and I use it mainly to pack my umbrella.
The wheels roll well, and the handle feels sturdy. I like the bungee type cord on top where I can attach and carry a coat (or something else) if I don't want to wear it. A very well thought out bag. Very happy with my purchase.

Used this bag for multiple trips requiring lots of gear and needing to be dragged across uneven terrain. Held up like a champ.

I purchased this as a gift for my wife to replace her ugly and not very useful pink suitcase. The ORV trunk is very spacious, has multiple pockets and places for everything. It has enough space for my wife and I to use together. It is very rugged and as at home on a tent camping trip as it is in a fancy hotel. High quality and less money then some other high end brands.

I bought this piece for my husband. Although he hasn't used it yet, we love the look and how sturdy and durable it feels! He can't wait to use it! Delivery was fast.

Have owned two of the 30in ORV's for years for a single purpose , cramming as much in my bags as possible and expecting ease of transport and protection of the contents . It's the biggest bag and carries the most without attracting an oversize charge flexible and love the instant protection of the boot bag from dirty shoes or wet dirty clothes
Had no issues for years including lockable protection for my things in 3rd world . Low key look but spottable on the belt . Can carry enough for months of travel and gifts replaced by souvenir . Trick is to control the total weight . Other than a year or two could keep under the weight with the two bulging bags and my carry on and personal (backpack)
I can tell you with their warranty , if you ever have an issue they will take care of their product

I like to go hunting and fishing throughout the United States. The good thing about this particular product enough room for everything you need. Bad thing overfilling cost at airport check in, overweight.

I purchased the ORV Trunk 30 about a year ago after the Airlines damaged my lessor quality bag. The size and shape makes it easy to pack. The outer pockets provides extra space for last minute items. It is made of quality material, very durable. So far no rips, tears, broken zippers, broken wheels, or bent sliding handle from the Airlines mishandling. It holds a lot of close or equipment, you do have to be aware of the overall weight limits. But unlike my previous luggage, the ORV Trunk 30 is light weight and does not consume a quarter of my total weight limit. I love this bag. It it ever does wear out, I would purchase another one.

I bought one of these bags and "thought" I had a problem, squeaky wheels. I was more than a bit disappointed because I had paid what to me was a small fortune for it. I called customer service and they overnighted me a replacement and was dismayed when the new bag did the same thing. Well, it ended up that the issue was not the bag but this one particular floor that caused the wheels to squeak. On every other floor, no issues whatsoever.
And so, the replacement bag just spent two weeks on a trip involving four segments in the airline luggage hold, burly luggage handlers, parking lots, steps, airport concourses, etc. It did an amazing job. There are no signs of wear on any of the bag and no reason for me to think this will change after many upcoming trips I have planned for this bag.
It's built like a tank and has plenty of room. There were times I thought it had too much room and perhaps I should have bought a smaller bag. But in the end I was happy to have plenty of room and organizational space and still have room to spare.
I'm very pleased with this bag and with customer support. I would definitely order this bag again...though I can't imagine why I would need to. I'm expecting that this bag will last for years of travel.

This is by far the best bag I have owned. The quality and durability are both fantastic. I am a big guy which means big clothes shoes etc so I needed something with a lot of room but not monsterous. This is where the ORV Trunk comes in. It fits my needs perfectly and efficiently.

This is a great bag. The second pocket is great for dirty cloths and shoes. It is extremely easy to out of a car trunk with two hands.

Balanced, hefty and a dirty clothes pouch built right into the inner-part of the zip flap! Love the wide-wheel spacing, the strong pull handle and the bungy that clips over winter jackets that you need outside, but not in the airport. This is a smart, thought through bag.

First time use today, purchased a few weeks ago and have been talking up the Trunk to my co workers and some friends in other companies that travel a lot. Packed very nicely, loving the features at this point. Will add to if anything changes, but i don't believe it will. Looking at a carry on next. At this point, all I can say is, it is nice to see a great quality product put out with such an amazing warranty on top!

Lots of open space inside. I like the fact I can attach something on the outside. The outside straps make it easy to handle.

We have had one ORV trunk for several years, and it is good as new. On one trip to Switzerland, the luggage received 2 small tears in the fabric. I sent it to be repaired with the "no matter what" warranty and it was delivered within two weeks with no way to find the tears. We have another smaller piece of Eagle Creek, and are extremely happy with our choices. Thank you for such dependable luggage.

For the last 5 years I have traveled weekly, whether by "Train, plane, or automobile" with an Eagle Creek ORV 30 Trunk, a type of luggage with "rugged" as a tagline in their advertisements and ad material. They have a "no questions asked" policy that I have only once availed myself of 10 years ago, or so, when a near brand new version of the one I have now got stuck in some airline baggage conveyor contraption that flattened one of the rolling wheels. I sent it in to be fixed and they simply replaced the flattened wheel. My current bag lasted 5 years until corner bumpers wore off, the zipper finally gave up the ghost (no thanks to the TSA), and one of the support strap buckles broke (and I have a guarded opinion this was TSA as well). So I went through the "no questions asked" process to send the bag back to the appropriate destination for their repair facilities. I sent it to a small firm in Minneapolis, according to their online instructions. I received a notice about 3 weeks later that my bag had been sent to their facility in California. 2 and 1/2 weeks later I received a shipping notification that it was being sent back to me. Today, it arrived. And you know what? They flippin' fixed everything! That, my friends, is how you gain, and keep, lifetime customers. Big shout out to Eagle Creek for awesome customer service. My bag is ready for the next 5 years!

I use the bag for work whenever I'm going to be in Asia for an extended time or need to bring samples back. It's an awesome bag; took it to China about 25-30 times over a few years and between busses, trains, and the airlines it has held up. Wheels, handle and everything are in perfect shape but broken zippers (to no fault of Eagle CreeK) thanks to good old TSA and United. Then they fixed all of the zippers.
So the best thing I can say about the bag is it's almost United Airlines proof on it's own but with Eagle Creek's repair service even United can't hold the bag down.

I use this bag for my scuba gear. I'm a big guy so my gears are larger than normal, but this bag takes it all in and still within airline weight limit.
