Nike is always consistent with their sizes unlike some other brands. These shoes are extremely comfortable and Zappos ships very quick.

Finally managed to catch a pair of shoes I want on sale IN MY SIZE. Accurate description, fit true to size, and arrived in less than 48 hours. Great experience as usual.

Great all around shoe. Fits like a glove and great stability for lifting, but flexible enough for training.

Loving these sneakers. I don't typically spend this much on sneakers but it was worth it. Wore them yesterday for the first time to workout and they feel like I've had them for weeks.

I've had these shoes for a while now, and they deliver on all fronts except that the material of the laces seems to cause them to slip out of their knots and regularly come untied. The shoes have held up well and still look brand new despite being worn for lifting and cardio multiple times a week, so I'm going to replace the laces and hope that helps. Not a deal breaker, but heads up if you're considering these.

These are great. I bought these to wear when weightlifting and for light running. When I first out then on, I thought they felt way too stiff and couldn't imagine myself liking them, but once I started my workout my opinion completely changed. I don't recommend long distance running in these, but otherwise they're comfortable and stylish.

I like these - still breaking them in, but comfortable enough to now without issues. FYI i think in person they look more green then the photo shows. I think they look in the gray, beige, tan family in the photo, but definitely much more truly light olive green in person.

I am a female and have struggled with the Metxon options designed for women. I felt like they were great for all of my CrossFit/HIIT workouts...except for running. The Metcon Free has been the answer!! The only "complaint" (and I use that word very lightly) is that they aren't quite as amazing for lateral movements. However it's so minimal that I still feel like this is an amazing shoe. I have it in 2 colors now and I really hope they don't stop making it.

Nice lightweight, yet fairly firm training shoe. Stylish and nice warm grey color. Wasn't sure about the heavy tongue at first but it offsets the side supports. Overall good shoe. Per normal with most athletic shoes, runs a half size or so small.

the hard plastic hurt my heel on the back. I had to exchange them for the Metacon 4. Much better Fit.

The shoe is stylish and goes well with just casual workout gear. The down side is the fit. Way too narrow. Thought they would loosen up but nah. I can’t return them now because I’ve worn them. If you have yourself a slim foot them these are your jam if not I suggest test driving them in your house for a bit.

They were tight but I took out the removable sole support and the shoe felt MUCH more true to size. I would probably wear the sole support for the street, but for the gym they are gone.

Super fast shipping, ordered on Tuesday morning, I had shoes on my doorstep Wednesday after work A+++++
Good shoe overall, only drawback for me was sock liner not as tight on foot as expected.

Don't normally need a wide and these were very narrow and tight. Looked like the would explode off my feet! Returned for credit. Also kind of dorky looking shoes.

The sizing is standard Nike. Length is true-to-size, but width is narrower than usual (just like all NIkes).
These are supposedly targeted for cross-fit with a little coverage for some light running, but they would be terrible for everything except flat lifting and would be miserable for any jumping, agility, or running.
The heel of the shoe is lower than shown (or feels like it), and doesn't hold the foot in much at all. Even walking slowly, my heel would occasionally lift from the sole because there was virtually nothing holding it down.
The top of the shoe is really thickly padded, and doesn't breathe much at all. The padding is about 1/2 inch thick, and insulated heavily.
The lacing doesn't pull tight on the top of your foot. The curve of the top is steep enough that the ankle opening is huge. The length of the shoe fit me perfectly, yet I had to really tie the laces tight to get it to hold my foot down to the sole anywhere in the shoe.
If you can get past the heel lift issue, the really thick and non-breate-able top, and the really far forward ankle opening, the shoes would work for static lifting. The padding under the foot, and especially the ball of the foot, is solid and flat. It provides you a solid base to lift from, and the width of the toe box is ever so slightly wider than a regular Nike to you can get a little more stability (keeping in mind that Nikes always run narrow).
Any jumping, running, or crossfit-like lifting will have your foot sliding all over the interior of the shoe, especially when your feet get really sweaty (about 10 seconds in), and you'll be lucky if the shoe doesn't come almost completely off your foot when your heel starts bouncing around uncontrollably within the shoes.
