Perfect

Fit was great. But I recommend you go half a size up from your regular shoes. The materials of the shoes are nice but very fragile. You might be able to pull these off in public and not just the gym. Bottom sole feels firm. Good for calf raises. I recommend this shoe if you are looking for a hybrid of training shoes and running shoes.

Best sneaker I’ve ever worn hands down.

I have had several kinds of CrossFit shoes (Nano 3, Metcon 1 and 2) and these by far are my favorite. Nike did an amazing job making a shoes that are solid enough for all the technical and heavy lifts but still comfortable for running, double unders, and box jumps. This is my second pair of Metcon Free’s and they will not be my last.

I actually really like how these sneakers look in person and they definitely are what I’ve been looking for the gym and casually. However, I am going to return them for a half size bigger bc I wear a woman’s 8.5 in Nike sneakers usually and ordered this men’s 6.5, so I need a 7 bc it’s just a little snug. But otherwise, for the price I think they’re worth it.

True to size for Nike. This is a great show for CrossFit or P90X. Nice flat bottom and good padding. Could also do a few miles of active cool down jogging in these with no issue.

very cool shoes. my son loved them but they didn't fit well with his orthotics.

I'm a CrossFit shoe fanatic and these have become my new favorite shoe. I don't even think about them during a workout. Very comfortable and stable. Might be the perfect CF shoe.

This is the first sneaker in a long time that meets all of my needs: support, fit and style. Highly recommended.

I was in the market to replace my gym shoes. Primarily do HIIT classes and occasional weight lifting. Shoes are extremely comfortable and provide excellent support in every motion. Lateral support is excellent. Sizes are true. Have been a 10.5 in Nike for years and these fit perfectly. Love the look of the shoe - I ended up getting a second pair to rotate. Love the blend of the Metcon and Free shoes. This is the perfect shoe for me!

I usually need a wide shoe, but the regular width was perfect for me. Also to help the people out there, I usually wear a 15 running shoe, and at 15 this thing is perfect. Regular 15 sizes have run large on me in the past. So far so good after a few weeks of kickboxing lessons.

Bought these for my husband. He’s pretty tough on his running shoes and these are holding up well after about 6 months

I purchased these to replace a worn out pair of Nike Free 3. Fit wise they have a bit more room but otherwise exactly as expected. The ramp angle is a bit higher than what I had previously, so it took a few days for me to adjust my balance. The tread doesn't move as much as the Free 3 so I feel a bit more stable doing agility work. Comfort wise they feel like slippers. Super light and the mesh uppers keep my feet cool during work outs.

great training shoe, stability yet enough cushion. I really like the style and fit I got two colors!!

Refreshed an older pair of Nike cross trainers. I normally wear 9.5-10 US 42-43EU but the Nikes seem to require a slightly larger size (10.5). Bulkier than my other trainers (NB Minimus) but excellent build, support and the extra cushion makes them adequate for running. Perfect choice for HIT

I usually buy New Balance with a much thicker sole so these were a little flat for me. After wearing them for a couple of days they are much more comfortable .

Great multi purpose shoe. I hiked 8 miles on Snow King Mountain right after I got them. They didn’t bother my feet at all. They are great for a 5k fun but I wouldn’t do more. Awesome stability while weight training.
