Ive always been a big fan of Vans and when they came out with the Ultra Range sneakers I knew I had to try them. I've had the same pair for over 5 years now and they're still going strong! I wear these as my traveling shoe. Easy to take on and off at the airport, super lightweight, and most important comfortable. I wore these on a trip to London and Rome where I did a lot of walking..I'm talking 10-15 miles a day on cobblestone and concrete roads. They never did my feet wrong. I wear them hiking in the mountains, as recently as last week where we did 5 mile hikes each day in all types of rocky terrain. I can't recommend them enough! My only complaint is the outside of my big toe sometimes rubs on the side giving me a blister. I live at the beach so summertime I am mainly barefoot or wear flip flops. Once colder weather hits I switch to these Vans and it takes my feet a few days to get used to being in a real shoe. I'll be the first to admit I am very rough on shoes and these have held up like a champ!

These shoes are really nice and but I can't wear them because they fit too small so size up by like half your shoe size.

This is one of my favorite shoes of all time. I wish Vans make this shoe in more color-ways (all white) because they're the best shoe they make. It's perfect for my flat/wide foot

i love how the shoe fit and I work with them very well but I won't purchase this item again because two days in of wearing the shoes they ripped

The UltraGuide Ridgeweld are my favorite VANS. I have been wearing these for many years and have a black and navy pair. I finally needed to replace the black pair and received these. They feel a little different (maybe tighter) but still as comfortable. These shoes are , My go-to for work shoes. This shoe is GREAT but VANS no longer makes this model. So sad!

Overall I wouldn't buy another pair but they are comfortable. The tongue area of the shoe feels tight all the time.

The shoes are fine in length but they're tight around my foot. They're very comfortable and light. I don't know about how long they last, I just bought them.

I love these shoes. They are really light weight and have a cool look. They do tend to wear in about 4-6 months which make them less desirable, but I like them. The wear is in the heals on the tread shoe adhesive. They could improve the shoe by making the soles more durable. The suede types doe tend to last longer, which be due to the material adhesive requirements. I would buy again, but Vans please consider upping your durability game on the soles.

To be fair, I have VANS in a women's 9.5 and 10. I ordered a 10 in these because I have a very similar style (if not the same style) already in a 10. Unfortunately they seemed WAY too big so I'll be returning them but probably buying the 9.5. They are cute!

Worn for office work. Sad < 1 year later and the toebox is fraying badly. Lightweight. Minimal cushioning. No fading, still super black.

I don't have a car so do a lot of walking, these are very comfortable and look great but the only downside is having to replace them every 3-4 months because the support crushes out. If they could last at least 6 mos that would make it 5 stars. But I realize too that 90$ today, is like $30 in 1980s-90s money.

I would buy again, just up a size. They fit a little tight.

I love these shoes. This is not third pair, because I wore a hole in the other pair. They do run small. My first pair of was an 8 with the white sole. When I purchased the all black, they were a little snug. I purchased an 8.5 and they fit perfect. This goes for all of the mesh UltraRange. I don't have this issue with the leather UltraRange.

Overall I love the feel and look. The only knock I have is the shoelace choice. Can get a bit tough to pull through, other than that really comfy shoe.

I use these shoes as my daily workwear (a couple miles 5 times a week). I've gone through 3 pairs in 2 years and this will be my last. They are comfortable but at the same time, too narrow in the toe box for me so I order a size up but still they aren't right for me. I wish they fit me better otherwise I'd never switch away even with the mediocre durability.
