Stomped all over the damp Pacific Northwest in these last week. Muddy, snowy slippery, rocky, day hikes in 45-70. They are very lightweight, provide nice support, great traction, solid waterproofing, comfortable out of the box, and great for my fussy narrowish feet - snug but not crowded. I went up 1/2 size to accommodate an orthotic. As temps rose I could see where these might get too hot past 70 degrees.

Bought these shoes for work. They have been very comfortable, lighter weight than my old boots and give my feet the support I need.

I have narrow feet so it is very hard for me to find shoes that fit. These fit well and are also cute. I get lots of compliments on them.

Fit true to size. I have worn them with regular socks and thick wool socks on colder days..fit is good with both. They are very comfortable and lightweight. Best hiking boots and I highly recommend them!!

I bought these boots for a trip to Iceland in the summer - they went from cold to hot and wet to dry very nicely (although I have not tried them in extreme heat). They are comfy right out of the box and are sturdy without being too stiff. They were waterproof for me. One note of advice - go up half a size if you can. I wear an 11 so I didn't have the option. They just barely fit well enough but if they made an 11.5, I would have easily preferred that for the buffer. If you plan to wear thick socks, then the .5 difference will make a huge difference.

After reading reviews i knew these shoes were for me. I personally didnt need to brake them in! Its a heavenly heaven. Full support for foot, arch, ankle. Im not a high heal person. Im a healthcare worker who is on a feet 12-14 hours. For that reason my feet are bad and need lots of support. These hikers are very beautifully designed. Its like a german car! Length is true the size. I wear 8 1/2. Width is medium , i have begining of bunions and doesnt bother me at all. I live in Chicago area and wore them tons of times.Planing to take to many hikes in Michigan woods. I wasnt pleased with price but after wearing them it is worth every penny! DO NOT HESITATE BUYING them.

Love these hiking boots. i bought them to walk with my college kid who was home for the pandemic doing remote classes. Our daily 3 mile walks in all weather was what sustained us both through this time. These boots handled it all: rain, snow, sleet and mud! Great purchase. They seem very good quality and I'm sure they will last me for years.

I'm giving this boot 5 out of 5. Bought for a trip to Iceland where it rained everyday. Feet stayed dry. Now I'm wearing them in the winter snow and my feet are staying warm (and dry). I think the style is great and comfort is really good for a hiking boot. I think this boot runs narrow, which is a bonus for me, as I have narrow, long feet and it's difficult to get a hiking boot to fit. Usually, if I get a length that works, it's too wide. Not these.

Purchased as a gift for my daughter who owns a pet care business. She wanted a mid-height waterproof boot that would keep her feet both dry and warm. She put them on immediately after unwrapping them and they stayed on all Christmas day. I think she likes them!

I love Oboz so much I buy pairs in two different sizes so both my feet can be happy. The shoe solidly protects one's foot while also being flexible and lightweight. Somehow it promotes good foot action ( heel to toe). It's also got great traction. Just wish we could get individual shoes instead of pairs!

I bought these as winter boots because I don't drive and walk to work daily 3 miles in an urban setting in ice and snow in an area with mild to moderate winter weather. I find traditional winter boots too cumbersome for real walking and usually lacking in arch support. These hit all the high notes for me. Great arch support, traction in ice and snow, and waterproof to keep the snow out, all while not weighing me down like industrial winter boots do. Additionally, they were the most comfortable new shoes I've ever worn - no wear in time required, the ankle support is out of this world, and the laces don't need a double knot, but are constructed of a material that doesn't untie with regular friction. Excellent design and execution. Worth every penny if you walk in winter ice and snow or spring/fall mucky weather.

I finally got the size right - get a half size bigger than what you would normally get. You want room in the toe box and my regular size (8) was too confining. The 8.5 size was perfect. I have a narrow foot so I liked the snug way the boots fit on me, especially the heel cup. I have worn these boots at the gym (hour treadmill & stair master workouts) and hiking on muddy, slippery and wet conditions. While I have not been out in pouring rain, my feet were dry while walking in muck and getting water splashed onto the tops. I did not slip scrambling over wet rocks and leaves. I am looking forward to snowshoeing and snow trail running in them. Oh, and the color (huckleberr) is very cute!

Firm ankle support, without being stiff. Wasn't sure when I first wore them, but they confirmed to my feet quickly, and are extremely comfortable. I wear a woman's 7.5 and the fit was perfect. Should hold up to Vermont's challenging weather!

Lightweight, great fitting shoe that doesn't move on your foot when hiking without having to wear it too tight. Also, great cushion.
