Great for lifting and gymnastics-type movements. Not great for running. Big improvement in stability over my Nano 4's.

I purchased this shoe for my son and he loves it he recalls it is very comfortable and stylish.

I owned the first drop of the nano 7s and the weave were actually way more comfortable and so awesome!

Based on various video and written reviews, I selected this shoe because of the harder sole and the low drop from heel to toe. I generally squat better with flats. I do like them for deadlifts as well. The harder sole makes a huge difference for lifting in general especially coming from Nano 2.0's. I do have a wider foot somewhere between a 2E and 4E for sneakers and these do give me enough space for my toes to spread out.

Perfect fit. I really like the flatness of the shoe giving you a good grounded feel which is ideal for training.

This is the best overall training shoe I have owned. Very comfortable and versatile. I train for competitive CrossFit and when a timed workout with lifting and metabolic movements are required you don't have time to change from training shoes to weightlifting shoes. With this shoe there is no need to switch. You can run, jump rope, and lift in the same shoes. Great addition to my gym bag and every day workouts.

Overall great fitting shoe, although slightly wider than normal shoes. This makes for a very comfortable fit. Great shoe to workout in, especially anything that requires a lot of movement.

I love these shoes. They are very light, comfortable and provide good stability when lifting. They fit perfectly.

Another win. I was one of the few that actually loved my 7.0's. I love these also. They are lighter and not as stiff.

Great cross fit shoe. A few months ago I looked at the Nano but the store was out of my size. I bought another brand and it was a mistake. After wearing for a month I was having pain in my toe and foot where I broke a bone and had surgery several years ago. Bought the Nano 7 to try it out and have not had the pain. The toe area is more supportive for burpees and other exercises that impact the front of the foot.

They are perfect just perfect I love the comfort they are.

Nice wide toe box and stiff flat sole that are perfect for lifts and functional movement. However a little stiff on running and slightly heavier than other shoes.

Really comfy and a very nice colour. Dispatch seemed to be slow, I bought them with some Classics and ordered Wednesday morning but didn't arrive until Saturday afternoon (which was a pity because I had CF on Saturday morning).
