First, let me preface by saying that I do not train CrossFit. I have been using strength training methods as well as bodybuilding techniques and exercises for over 20 years. These are actually my first pair of Nano's, or any kind of CrossFit shoe, so I can not compare these to any other brand or previous model. I used to wear a more traditional Olympic Weightlifting style of shoe, which are great, but are really only good for Olympic lifts. Enter the CrossFit Nano 7 Weave! This is an amazing shoe. What initially attracted me was the price. I know the Nano 8's are our now, and by many accounts they are arguably the best CrossFit shoe ever created. However, I did not want to pay brand new shoe model price for a shoe that I may not even like. These shoes are solid enough for heavy squatting and flexible enough for some brief running and mobility exercises. This is great! No more changing shoes mid-workout to accommodate a variety of exercises. They are not the best for any one thing, but they are great for everything. As I write this review, these shoes are hands down the best overall shoes for training that I have ever personally owned. If you are on a budget, I recommend you give these a try while there are still some in stock. They are not the same as the original Nano 7's. If money is no object, then take a look at the 8's.

They are a great shoe from lifting to box jumps and burpees

These shoes were for my son who does CrossFit. He loved them so much, we ordered a second pair.

Wide toe box, lifter type heel support and excellent for an everyday WOD.

This is the second pair of these I have purchased. They feel more stable than a regular gym shoe for lifting. Running in them is ok, but I don't know how they would be for long distances. They appear to hold up well and not wear out too fast. I use them for Crossfit WODs and go 4-5 times a week.

Excellent fit. Size is what I expected which is great! Nice wide toe box and good room for foot to preform all movements in the box.

Great fit, stable sole while still flexible. Easy break in, comfortable through two workout so far.

Very solid shoes, great for cleans and squats, very stable in the hole.

Remember this is more like a weight lifting shoe not a running shoe so they keep your feet planted very good. Like the material alot

Love it! Broke both my heels 5 years ago and had problems finding comfortable shoes to walk in let alone lift heavy things with and these have been a heaven sent thing!

So far so good. Size was a little small, but I've been happy overall. Feels stable while working with weights which I expected. What I didn't expect, was that they feel good doing box jumps etc, I was expecting it to feel stiff and jarring but not at all.
