This shoe is incredibly stiff and "clunky" feeling in my opinion. I had nano 2.0s and they were the best shoe ever but they're really gone down hill in my opinion. These are probably fine for lifting but any running I feel like I'm running in clogs.

I like it but it is too small. I typically wear a 9, so I got a 9.5 and it was still too small/tight. It is great, however, for CrossFit.

I didn't really get on with these. Basically, if you have some normal trainers and normal squat shoes they are gonna be better. The soles are hard for squatting but it makes it more difficult to move around it. This could suit some people who don't have time to change their trainers over, but if you do, probably a better option.

I would recommend this product because it is a solid show and very well put together for the sport.

I was a bit disappointed in the insoles thus the standing comfort. But for the sale price I paid I have no complaints. I never would pay full retail for these.

Had to return them, were way too wide for my feet. Seemed about a half size to large. Seemed like a good shoe, just not for me.

The Nano 7 is good.....just not as good as the Nano 6

Can't compare to Nano6, but its better than the first Nano7. However, the outside part of the toppling really bothers me, especially when doing box jumps or moving too fast. For big lifts, it works pretty well, its firm and you don't lose balance like some Metcons. I would probably recommend for a retcon with more weightlifting and less aerobic, but not one where there's only gymnastics and aerobics.
Overall I am somewhat disappointed with this shoe, I was pretty excited after viewing a bunch of good reviews but I its not as I expected, unfortunately!

Looks are good, colour and the weave, however the narrow shoe fit compared too the nano 6 is the down fall here. Please re-release the nano 6 all day the best nano to date period.

I bought these back in August and immediately was impressed by how stable and responsive the shoe is. However, they are very stiff and tight, especially at the end of the shoe before the toe box. I thought it would eventually loosen up but after a couple months, it never happened. This shoe is very good for lifting and most movements but for me they are not very comfortable, especially when running. Additionally, the sole is coming unglued in several places. I really wanted to like these but I don't. I'm going back to the speeds but if they fit you better, then go for it.

The box toe is perfect if you have duck feet - it’s abnormally wide and I? have wide feet

I tried this shoe, but found it too wide at the toes. I returned it and bought from a major alternative brand instead. Much nicer. I know a lot of Crossfit athletes swear by the Nano's, so it does come down to personal preference and anatomical difference.

A good product, certainly good if you want a CrossFit trainer and don't want to buy a pair of lifters. Downsides to them are running or anything which you are doing on your toes due to the lack of flexibility in the sole.
