These are great. I have MetCons and worn them so much so needed a new pair for multiple CrossFit sessions in the week. Worn them 3 times so far and they're great, comfortable, perfect and functional for lifts, running, box jumps etc etc. They breathe, bend in the right places and give support in others. Had many compliments too! Only thing is they do give blisters (understandable for a new shoe) so wear thicker socks until they're worn in. Also beware of taking them off without loosening laces as the plastic has came away a little bit from the heel a little bit (also my fault as I was being lazy).. Really happy with the shoe nonetheless!

Good shoe for lifting and running. Quite stiff around the ankle out the box. But hoping this will ease over time.

Perfect. The size, comfort and width are perfect. They are also pretty solid on the lifts.

The shoe is fantastic for lifting and classic crossfit movements. It feels like a heavier heel than previous crossfit shoes which makes it incredibly good for a gym shoe. My only downsides, are that the sole near the heel began to peel away almost instantly, and its a bit clunky for running.

Excellent for classes like body pump and attack a little too big though and I'm a size 8 In everything else

After comparing these to my 6.0 collection I've come to the conclusion that if you buy these they should be a half size up for anyone that has complained about the mid foot being narrow. I ordered both 10.5 and 11. My 6.0 size is 10.5. Size 11 in these was the exact same fit as the 6.0's and placing both shoes on top of each other the same size. Not sure who makes them but they aren't sized correctly.

Perfect for what I need, specially designed for Crossfit

Much better than normal 7s but still need a bit of working in. very stable but not ideal for wods with a lot of running in.

Great heel support for lifting not so good for running

Very stable shoe perfect for a metcon but really shines for lifting. Ok for short runs.

Real good solid trainer, would not be able to run a long distance in them. However could easily complete a few miles (Murph for instance)

Great all round training shoe providing solid base for lifting and strong support around the ankle for deadlifts and squats. Design is great and the colours are great. Good for wide feet and generous toe box. Suberb build quality and much better in my opinion than the equivalent Metcon 3's which I have also tried.

The sole s very hard which makes it hard to run. Though that is a problem while running, the stiffness really helps in the oly-lifts and to some extent in plyo work

I can only compare the Nano 7 Weave to the Nano 5 that I used for a year. The 7 is far improved over the 5. Comfort is comparable, but stability is far superior. I won't always have to resort to my lifters for certain workouts. Also the 7 is far superior in grip for rope climbs, which I have only started doing a few weeks ago after getting this shoe. I tried them both and I prefer the 7 for rope climbs. Although, I find the outer part of the sole which grips the rope wore out a little to fast for a beginner rope climber. I mean I only do one or two when I go workout, so I must have done about 20 or so assents/partial assents. I want to see when those "groves" are completely flattened if it still grips. I should mention my foot is doesn't experience the pain of the rope squeeze as bad as with the 5. If someone from REEBOK would want to tell us if that wear is normal, would be nice.

Quality is great and so is stability under weight.

Reebok shoes are fantastic I have several pairs and I would like to have more but I have returned 3 pairs because they are too narrow

Unfortunately the nanos were a little narrow.. I will try a 9.5

Does what it says on the tin, good work out shoes. Not suitable for distance running.

Still wearing them in but love the design and really happy with the fit!

Definitely an improved version of the old nano 7. Comparable to the nano 6!

Fit is slightly bid, but very comfortable when weight training. Love this shoe.
