Darn Tough socks are the only socks I wear these days ... year round. I wear the quarter socks during the warmer months and micro crew during the cooler months. The cushioning in these socks is amazing and there is a bit more support in the arch area providing great support. Plus, I get to support a local business.

Looking forward to getting these some use on the hiking trail.

Comfortable

Soft, comfortable and keep my feet dry. Was hiking this afternoon in 63 degrees and light rain. Feet were comfortable and dry. This is my first pair and have already ordered (and received) 3 more pairs. Worth every penny.

Wife loved these and if they fit me I would have stolen them. Perfect for every hiking.

Socks are so thick they don't wick up moisture so my feet are hot and uncomfy.

They are soft and comfortable and just the right height. They stay in place and even on hot sweaty days keep my feed comfy. They're good if I'm out walking or just walking in sock feet around the house.

i thought they were very comfortable and i liked the compression effect. i was worried they'd be too hot for summer, but they were fine (mid-weight, longer hike).

I love these socks. They pack up small and Im able to bring 3 pairs for a week long vacation and even longer if I hand washed them in the sink. They fit perfect with my boots and my tennis shoes.

I have just one complaint about darn tough socks the crew style is a little tight around the ankle. Now that Im over 60, it makes my legs swell a bit, which is why I absolutely love the quarter and the no-show socks. No binding around the ankles.

Comfy with good support

Bought these for my wife. They are the best socks ever, and the only ones we'll wear. They are super comfortable, and last a long time.

This sock is warm, well-fitting, doesn't smell, feels soft and comfortable. II can wear it in my hiking boots, in my street shoes, and shoeless. In a class setting where folks take off their shoes, it's amazing how many darn tough socks I see!

I thought I had already found my favorite socks, I fell in love with the microcrew socks for their comfortable height and snug fit that isn't too tight, but I was genuinely surprised to find that the quarter height was so comfortable for everyday, and now regret my decision to only order two pairs. The little bit of extra cushion these have are a huge relief for my toes, whether its because they are cold or my feet are extremely sore after a long day of hiking or putzing about. From now on, these are my camping sleep socks, or spare socks in my pack for after a long dayhike or backpacking trip, and they are absolute magic with my chacos over top as a make-shift slipper, they absolutely get five stars from me!
