Nice thick socks for cool to cold weather. Perfect for frigid temps when worn over sock liners without too much bulk. Good with low boots, shoes, slippers.

These socks are warm, comfortable, and a nice weight. I wanted quarter height socks to wear, since I am someone with larger calves, so they are a good height for me. I have bought other hiking socks from Darn Tough, and I trust the quality of what they produce.

Great socks. Warm. My other Darn Tough socks are a few years older and are a little lower than the 1/4 but are not no shows either. These are very comfortable and do well in our 30 degree weather we were having.

My favorite socks! I don't buy other socks anymore. Over the years, my sick drawer has transitioned to all Duluth socks. My favorite are these 1/4 length - enough to keep my ankles warm but not too tall that my calves get itchy
