I LOVE my new Darn Tough Hiking Socks. The weight is just enough/temperature perfect for a great all-around sock. The fit is wonderful, and feels like your feet are securely enveloped in padded bliss. The only reason I didn't give them a 5-star rating was that after only wearing them for a week, they began to pill which was surprising.

I love these hiking socks. At this point they are the only ones I wear. They hold up beautifully and feel great. They are soft and good for any temperature.

Quality material and design, cute patterns, and keep my feet warm! Love these socks.

Im a shiatsu practitioner so I dont wear shoes for work. I need socks that are warm, comfortable, dont wear out quickly and dont go baggy. These are those socks.

Darn Tough are some of the best socks Ive ever had. I believe you use quality materialsjust wish the fit was better for me. For my size, W (L) they can still be too tight on the front of the ankle right at the bend into my foot. And they never seem to be quite long enough the heel doesnt go far enough up to my actual heel, so I wear out above the heel area quickly. As a note, I wash the your socks correctly and only air dry, and comfortably wear Keen shoes/boots, Sorel's and Hokas all in size 11, so it seems like W (L) Darn Toughs should fit well too. Ive been wearing Lorpens socks in W(L) for years without the above issues (perhaps its the EU sizing or fabric?) I've tried your Mens sock in M and they work but are too wide. And anyway I dont want to settle for Mens socks when your Womens have such cute designs! All feet are unique, and I still greatly appreciate the Darn Tough brand, so I thank you for listening to my thoughts.

They run small, but they're well constructed.

These socks are well made. I expect they will last a long time. I bought the medium as I am a size 9 shoe but after washing they have shrunk. I have never put them in the dryer. They are now a bit tight. Must be the merino wool shrunk. I will get the large next time.

I will continue to buy these socks because they are the highest quality sock I've ever owned. However, the height of the crew is too short. Please make them taller, at least to the calf, even knee highs would work for me. I don't want my bare leg showing when I sit and my pants ride up. These are the ONLY socks that I do not wear out the heels.

I bought these because I had bought 6 pairs a few years ago and they are still going strong. These don't seem quite as thick as the other ones but they are still very warm. Still worth the money for anyone who has cold feet in the winter.

Comfortable and warm. I really like the style of the sock, the height and the fact that it comes by size. I will say though that the first pair I purchased became my favorite pair of socks on day 1 but the next couple of pair I bought was quite snug. ???

These socks have the perfect amount of cushion, with great support. Only downside is they are a bit small. According to the chart, their size small is for up to a size 7 foot. I'm 6.5 so these should have been perfect in a small, but alas they are TOO small. They still get the job done, but I'll definitely get a medium next time.

I wear anywhere from an 8.5 - 9.5 so I got the medium thinking they'd fit great. Definitely too small. If you wear anything larger than an 8 in women's shoes you should probably size up to a large.
