Not gonna lie, I had my eye on a different pair that y'all were sold out of (in the color that I wanted), so these socks were my second choice. I thought they'd be too thick and heavy, but the colors appealed to me so I went for it. Glad I did! They're soft, cozy, breathable, cushy in just the right places, and the seam NEVER rubs wrong on my toes inside my hiking boots! Now I get sad when I have to throw them in the wash because it means I can't wear them that day. They're great!

Everything that makes a sock good is right on, but the colors are what make me love my socks.

Very soft and comfortable socks. I did order a size larger than my measurements on the size chart since I like to put my socks in the dryer. However I could have stayed with my normal size as well so these socks do not seem to run small like some reviews suggested. Large fits fine though for Women size 7 but if you want a snug fit then stay with your normal size. : )

I went on a darn good walk today and my toes were darn warm in the 32 degree weather! (Sorry, couldn't help myself.) But really, these are toasty, comfy, darn good socks. Fit wise, I'm a size 9 shoe and ordinarily buy a large sock. The regular fit well with Darn Tough.

I love these socks. I do cut the top elastic band off because it cuts off my circulation. I really hate doing that, but it doesn't unravel or anything (perhaps you could make some that don't have tight elastic at the top?) Anyway, these socks are making my cold feet much happier this winter. But I also wear the low footies year round for working out. Superb socks. So comfortable and hard wearing. Worth the price, totally.

I understand why the company guarantees lifetime warranty! Ive had two pair of the mid weight hiker for three years, and I do a lot of hiking, and they are almost as good as new! I have ordered a few more pairs so I dont have wash as often. They are the only socks I where when Im in my hiking boots.
