I am 63 years old and I have worn many types of socks for many different reasons. These are by far the best & most comfortable socks I have ever worn. They will be the only socks youll ever have to buy.

I got these as snowboard socks. They are perfect. I have gotten other socks with different panels of padding and ones with different knits in certain sections, and in comparison these seem simple. However, they are fully padded so they feel like what I imagine non-disgustingly sticky marshmallows would feel like on your feet. They go up to the bottom of my kneecap, so good coverage. I wore them out to Mt Hood this past Sunday and my feet felt great; both cozy and warm. They also have one of the higher percentages of wool in the blend. Overall winner.

This sock is both finely knit and bulky. It's very thick and dense and does not shift on my foot. Also it's nearly impossible to wrinkle. The fiber is really nice and feels good against my skin. My foot size is USA 10, and I bought size L sock. At first I thought it would be too big, but it's perfect.

I work outdoors spring, summer, fall and winter almost everyday and darn tough socks keep my feet warm in extreme winter and its pretty amazing coz my feet dont sweat in the summer compared to other brands of socks that I've previously been using. My wife and I love these socks and they are very excellent. It's a good item also to gift to your family and friends. Shout out also to their customer support team who are all amazing! Naomi B. has been very helpful in assisting with my returns. The fact that they took our damaged socks back and replaced them says a lot about the company.

Reviews are measures of how performance meets expectations. Expectations are a mix of company claims and comparisons with similar products. These socks meet all the company's claims: excellent fit, warm, stay in place, well-placed cushioning, effective moisture wicking, good looking and probably the most comfortable socks I've ever worn. A lifetime warranty would be worthless unless you wanted to keep them for a lifetime - thanks to a terrific company for a terrific sock I will enjoy for hopefully, a long time!

I really like the cushion and previous pairs i have bought have been wide enough but these are narrower

Very warm, they were functional but wouldnt stay up and bunched. Im in the process of exchanging for the hunters. But for working in the cold, they did the job, feet never got cold.
