Finally, there exists a sock that is plain (can be worn with literally anything) that I wear all the time. A nice fresh air from the busy (full of patterns) hiking socks, these black sock contain a majority of wool (unlike the lifestyle socks). At first, I shied away from the TACTICAL socks, but honestly, I may buy 12 more pairs and make these my regular socks. Unfortunately, it seems like they run a little bigger (than the lifestyle socks), and it may be prudent to purchased these in a small next time (as I like my socks rather tight fitting). I have a size 9 shoe/boot.

I bought these socks as a Father's Day gift - my dad's first pair of Darn Toughs. After they were delivered, I got the following text message: "Love my ! Before I even walked in them." Darn Toughs have become the only socks I wear, and I'm trying to spread the joy to everyone else in my circle as well!

Comfortable, Supportive. Odor free. Nice looking. American made. Not cheap but when are the best things cheap. Best socks youll ever own!

I have been wearing DT socks for years and absolutely love them. The fit and comfort are superb. I can't say enough either about customer service when after 10 years I needed to size up because of my between sized feet and they worked with me and exchanged every L for XL!

My husband loves these socks, regardless of the season. He is on his feet most of the day (indoors and out) and is prone to "foot issues"---but these socks really help. They are more versatile than just "hiking" socks!

Soft, comfortable, easy to put or take off. Enjoy them so very much! Perfection is in the eye of the beholder and to me, they are perfect!

Great high quality sock. Just thick enough for my taste. Keep my feet warm but never hot. Cushion is added bonus. The more I wash, the softer it becomes. Socks for life

These are the perfect type of socks for me. Ever since my daughter gave me a few pair for Christmas several year ago I've bought nothing else. These are extremely comfortable and the merino wool makes them cool enough in summer and warm enough in winter.

These socks are so comfortable! Ive tried lots of different socks but none so far have held a candle to these. I wear muck boots daily and power wash for hours and these socks keep my feet dry and wick away sweat. Would definitely recommend

Great socks, fits and feel great, no blisters

I cant speak highly enough I walk roughly 40 to 50 miles weekly and have been getting blisters from bad socks for years. I should have bought these years ago. Thank you so much.

I originally purchased a large but the large didnt fit quite right. Followed the easy return process to get the same pair in a medium. They fit great.

Very nice cushioned feel. Helps to wear with worn tennis shoes with flattened padding.

I have owned most of the big brand hiking socks and nothing compares to the craftsmanship and fit of Darn Tough socks. I will be buying more in the future for sure!
