There great. Contrary to other reviews tho, they fit large. I had to return them for a smaller size.

They are well made and quite nice. However, they were only available in wide sizes. I wear a narrow B width, so the shoes slide against my ankle a bit.

These are beautiful and comfortable black patent leather Derbies, suitable for formal evening wear. Although slightly less formal Oxfords, which are more commonly paired with a tuxedo, the plain toe design strikes a nice balance.

Excellent shoes. Need wide shoe, these fit the bill. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, the wide width didn't come in an 111/2, had to get 11 or 12.

Modern flare on a traditional shoe.

This is a very nice-looking shoe and very comfortable. The toe isn't completely rounded like a typical dress shoe. It's more of a squared off toe with rounded edges. The shoe tends to make your foot look larger than it actually is. This isn't a bad thing, just an observation. I find that Florsheim shoes run larger in length than what I'm used to in other brands such as Allen Edmunds. I also find that it runs narrower than other shoes too. I usually wear a 10 D, however with Florsheim I wear a 9.5 3E.

Fair quality shoe. Difficult to put on without a shoe horn. The shoe walls are a lot more thick than their other dress shoes. It will do the job. Is nothing special.

even 3E is a little tight for me but using some shoe stretch and wear one time most likely for the wedding

Comfortable

Fit is consistent with my normal shoe size. They "look" bigger because of the taper of the toe. They feel comfortable and flexible right out of the box. The patent leather has an awesome mirror finish.
