I’ve always liked the looks of Naots but they seem to run narrow. When I saw these (wide!) I had to buy them. They are very attractive and make my foot look smaller. They color (tan) is my absolute favorite and it’s not always easy to find. Can’t wait to wear them when I’m out and about.

Well......even though I love the comfortable & supportive footbed: this Naot isn't for me. So disappointed!!! 1st - I tried the 38 Wide, but my foot was AT or ALMOST over the sides (even though in a local store - the 38 SEEMED to be my size). In the 39 Wide: the width was FINE! I think I just need a style with a heel strap. The Naot leather is very soft (especially in their Kayla sandal). BUT.....after the Velcro "fuzzy" side gets sewn on 1 strap AND the Velcro "hooks" gets sewn to the other strap: WHEN you have to attach them to EACH OTHER: End result: TOO thick (and stiff) for me over my high arches. Great looking sandal!!! IF you haven't already tried the Naot Kayla, it's similar with 2 toes straps, ankle strap & heel strap.

The width, light weight, and two adjustable straps make this shoe the perfect fit for my feet beset with bunions, plantar fasciitis and arthritis. This shoe even conceals the deformities of my feet and is slenderizing. I now have this shoe in three colors!

Because my first pair of Naot shoes that I recently purchased on here didn't work well due to the width and overall size I decided to purchase 3 pairs of shoes (2 of one style with different sizes and another of a different style) and keep the one that fit best. I liked the width on this Jacey shoe, as it fits my now wide foot, due to surgery, though I found the smaller size fit best on me. I wear a half size and went 1/2 size up on my previous shoes and 2 of the pairs from the recent order. I did order one size down and I found that the smaller size fit me best. So two went back and the smaller Jacey shoe was kept. It fits very well and is very comfortable from day 1. So if you can't decide whether to go up or down a size when you wear a half size, I found it best to go down.

European Size 42 fit more like a 10 than 11. Wide enough, but too short

Having a high instep and wide feet, this sandal is just what I needed. Looks great on my feet without exaggerating the size. I like the adjustable straps to get the right fit. I wanted the tan color, but not being available, I am very happy with navy. These sandals fit perfectly right out of the box and I wear them everyday. I have recommended them to others.

These were cute, but for the money I expect them to be comfortable right out of the box. Mom ordered the same shoe in two colors. On each pair, there was a scratchy spot that hurt my foot, but in different places, so clearly the quality control is lacking. The leather was stiff,also, and should feel like butter for the price, right out of the box. Sadly, these are going back.

I got these in jade/teal and they are so cute and subtle. I thought they might be too bright, but I loved the touch of color. The foot bed was comfortable and I was excited to see they come wide. However, the top straps were scratchy, and I sadly had to send them back.

I loved the footbed, and the width finally Naot is making a little wider width , however the leather straps were rough or to thick, have to send them back.

I had to return these because they did not hold my foot in place. I think the straps were too narrow. They are attractive, though, and I liked the silver and turquoise combination.

The sandal is quite nice. It has the ability to widen if needed. Although I ordered the same size as I always do, 9W, I fund my heel very close to the outer edge of the show. I seemed shorter to me, and although the width was there, the length was not. Still a stylish, sorry I had to return.

The shoe is beautiful, however, a bit short. Great arch support. Stylish sandal.

I have grown to love this brand. I have purchased this brand for touring and a lot of walking. They were perfect.

I bought this shoe in black last year and love them. The brown colors are beautiful. My foot is narrow, so having the Velcro option to adjust the width of the 2 straps is perfect. These slide on, have great arch support, are comfortable as soon as you put them on and they give me extra height without the usual discomfort that goes along with elevation. Zappos is the best place to buy shoes.

I really loved the look of this shoe. I wear a 11 W and have trouble with my left foot due to diabetes. This shoe was not a true size. It ran short and I would have needed a 12 W. Unfortunately, this shoe was not available in 12 W. I would recommend this shoe to others. .

Like the shoes very much but had to order a size larger (11) and a wide because the Naot shoe sizing has changed. Disappointing as I've been buying Naots for about 25 years and within the past year my normal size 10 regular width no longer works so my options are fewer as there aren't many wide choices.

Too narrow for my feet, even though it's called wide. Too bad.

I have bought other Naot shoes but had been very disappointed in how narrow they run and I don’t have a particularly wide foot. I had to return shoes that claimed to be a medium width. However, these fit PERFECT plus they are stylish and comfortable

'True to size' - well I wear a 10 1/2 so I went down one size to 10, but those were just a bit short so I ordered an 11, which seem fine. Ordinarily a 10-1/2 would be perfect but these didn't come that way, so I would say they are shorter than expected b/c the 11 seems to be fine.

I wanted sandals that I could slide into,w/o straps, which the Jacey is. I was afraid these would be too wide, I am normally a medium width. I am able to tighten the straps and they fit fine. The Naot footbed is so comfortable, I have 2 pair.

What a relief to find a wide width sandal in the Naot line. I ordered the navy: the two colors of leather are beautiful, the straps are cut attractively. I opted for a different pair (Aisha) as the more open look of the Jacey was not as good on my unattractive foot shape (bunions, etc.) The Aisha covered a little better and provided more walking energy with its back strap, which Jacey doesn't have. But the Jacey is a lovely style.

Wide, sleek sandals for those of us without sleek feet. Naot, please make some closed toe (non-Mary Jane) shoes and slides with this sole (footbed, insole, outsole, lower part)! This sole is much sleeker looking than many of Naot (and other supportive brands) styles. These sandals are flattering and feel great! Finally something stylish that fits my wide feet and gives them support. They are nicely flexible longitudinally but not laterally, so I my feet don't hurt. Thank you, Naot.
