Great shoe, very light weight. Looks nice with a variety of clothes. I have fairly wide feet so if someone has narrow feet, this shoe might not work. It has velcro straps to help adjust and I have mine all the way tight so just know that. Otherwise, they are really nice. Kathy, Big Island

These are true to size and very comfortable.

I LOVE these shoes! These shoes are stylish and the adjustable straps give a customized fit. Comfort with style- what more could anyone want?! Thanks to ZAPPOS- my favorite company because of their super easy, FREE returns. Why would anyone shop elsewhere for quality goods?!

Some people said this shoe ran small but this was not the case for me. Fit perfect and was very comfortable. I have only worn them a few times and for the price I am hoping they last all summer.

Love this sandal! Alas, it did not fit my foot. I'd say it is at least a size 5 or 5-1/2 in reality.

Adjustable, nice shade of grey, good arch support. I had to return another style grey, too narrow but these have two adjustable straps, can't lose with that combo! In Naot sandals I always go up a size.

As stated they are for people who need wide size. Would like more arch support as in some of their other sandals. I would buy them again.

Quality product with minimalist design. Straps were a bit stiff/ thick but will soften with wear. Size was about 1/2 size too big, strap was adjustable, however, it was loose/floppy on me I"m 11W-11.5W r?t onset of bunions.

I could not keep them on my feet when walking. Back they went. Zappos is the best!

Nicest sandal I'd ever purchased - great style and beautiful leather! However, the arch support was too overwhelming making them very uncomfortable to walk in. I wasn't inclined to hold on to them, in the hopes that the arch support would relent enough to be comfortable, particularly at this price point, is I've returned them.

I wear an 8, and my foot was hanging over the back a bit. Felt that the 9 would be too long, so I returned the 8. Like all Naots I have tried, these sandals were comfortable, but just not long enough, so I am returning.

I have a foot that is very difficult to fit - wide, high arch and instep. These sandals feel good and have excellent support.

These sandals are so cute and the 39 wide was a good fit. I usually wear Dansko 38. The footbed was very comfy. They are light, stay on your feet and walk well. Sadly the front edge of the toe strap felt very stiff where it hits the foot as you walk. I'm concerned they would cause a blister after a full day. So I'm sending them back.

Loved this shoe , it was beautiful on the foot. My only complaint was the velcro connectors were not long enough for my wide foot. Several shoes I have tried to purchase the velcro seems to be connecting to short pieces.

Not bad overall, but it comes in behind the unbeatable Birkenstocks.

Because of some foot issues I have I just could not imagine choosing to wear the sandal very often. I love them to look at but they did not work for one of my feet.

The Naot Jacey ran a half size small. I ordered the wide and it was NOT a wide. It's really annoying when shoe companies mis label like this. The shoe is very light weight which is nice particularly if you have knee issues. The foot bed seemed to have a decent cushioning.

Length was a tiny bit short but width seemed to be medium not wide

Wanted to love these sandals, but the are not a wide width. The foot bed is definitely not made for a wide foot. I've purchased wide width Naot sandals in the past without issue. Not sure why these aren't made with the same width pattern. Sadly, they are being returned.

I wanted a blue comfort sandal. My feet are wide, size 8.5/9. The 40 was way smaller than I had expected. Even though the straps are velcro adjustable, toes hung over top and sides of feet overflowed in width. I have regular width shoes that are wider than these. I have no idea why they would label this shoe "wide", because it's not, and it's the smallest 40 I've ever seen.

Nice shoe but straps are scratchy which just doesn't work for sandals.

These would be such comfortable sandals -- perfect, really-- if only they fit well. For one thing, they're a full size smaller than they should be-- I'm a 10 (41) but had to order an 11 (42). But the main thing is the width-- I have wide feet (from D to E, depending on the brand) and these were much too narrow, so the side of my foot was hanging over the edge. I really wish they fit!

I have bought Naot shoes for years and it seems like it is getting harder to find a wide width which is truly wide

The sandals seemed worn overall. The back edge of the right sandal was worn and the leather on top of the left was scratched. Overall the length was short. Disappointed because I really wanted these sandals to work. Not worth the high price tag.
