Very comfortable, cushioned. Love them.

I have ordered Cloud Stepper boots for years and these are just as walkable and comfy. Excellent shoe.

The color is lovely, the fit is exact and they are very comfortable.

I like the shoes very much in both style and fit. Only complaint is that they are too wide.

Same issues as others: the sandal needs a longer stretch of Velcro in the back.. I had to pay $12 to have the shoe repair shop add these -- a) to hold down the rest of the strap, and b) to tighten the strap later on as the fabric inevitably stretches.

My only complaint is I can’t tighten the strap around the ankle. They are comfortable but a little loose in the heel. Hoping they don’t stretch or I won’t be wearing them next year!

I almost sent them back, the strap around the ankle is not adjustable, hoping they won't slip up and down.

I normally wear an 8 but the elastic pinched. The half size bigger felt great.

I would have kept these sandals because they are comfortable but the criss cross design left a mark on the top of my foot. If you have a high arch it may be too tight and I ordered a Wide. I was afraid this type of material would not stretch.

they "flip" while walking and thus are noisy like a flip-flop or thong - something I wasn't expecting, and not wanting at work.

I should have never ordered this pair. They look drab in the gray. I was looking for something a little nicer.I No lift in the heel at all. They were comfortable but probably would not have left the house in them.

These are stylish, and comfortable and can be dressed up or down. My only complaint is that the seemed slightly long (not a full half size, but that was my only option). This wouldn't be a problem if the back strap, which fastens by velcro were truly adjustable, but the velcro is positioned so as there is only one way to put it, and that way (for me at least) is slightly big so that the strap occasionally slides down.

These are really very comfortable. The foam sole is springy. I bought a wide size 9 and it was too wide. Exchanged for 9 medium, and there's no tightness at all. I have often time problems with shoe straps pinching, these have very stretchy elastic that does not pinch at all. I plan to wear these in my first week back to teaching when my feet tend to hurt a lot and there is no AC in my classroom so swelling can be a problem.

I love these sandals! But everyone that mentioned the back strap problem was right. I solved it myself with added velcro but they really should come with a better way to tighten the back and make it lay flat.

I have bunions and ordered the 7.5 Wide which was perfect.I would usually order an 8 M but just in case ordered both and the wide was the winner. Comfortable and styish!!!

A bit tight, not much give in the straps. Maybe that's why the footbeds were sticky here in AC'd apt. Imagine how sticky they'd be out on a hot street? Even leading to blisters. In this way the synthetic footbed belies the CloudStepper name. Other Clarks sandals with suede (or hey, fake suede) footbeds felt better and less likely to stick to my feet and be uncomfortable. My true size is 8.5 M, which these were but the straps, the straps?!?! Too tight. I'd try the 8.5 W if I could find it but the sticky footbed puts me off. Better another style.

The left foot felt significantly different in size and width from the right foot. I noted this with my return. There wasn't another one available to order.I already own this shoe in another color and it's great. This particular pair must have been mis matched/marked.

Cute style and a good fit. However, the fabric was not elastic but very stiff and scratchy. I returned them and ordered a similar style with a softer fabric.

Have this shoe in another color and was glad when it became available in black, however it is much tighter in width than the blue shoe I already have. I dont believe they will stretch enough with wear.

These are good but not great. The straps are very sharp on the edges and cutting into my feet. Sole is very comfortable.

These are pretty cute on--for comfort shoes, but the back strap sits too high on my foot and rubs my ankle, so I have to send them back. Also @Clarks please listen to customers who keep telling you in many reviews that there is not enough velcro to truly tighten the back strap. Make the velcro strip longer! Also, be aware that these shoes make a flip flop sound -- so no sneaking up on anyone while wearing these.
